  11. If this was the same year I seem to remember there was a scouting party of Millwall fans already in the East End many with white butchers type coats on. They were quickly dispatched when the main City mob turned up on mass. Think we had a small fire in the East End with some of the aforementioned coats!! A while late the main mob of Millwall entered the East End and all hell broke loose. I remember getting knocked to the ground and my mate dragging me up before I got trampled.   12. They did have a crowd of 26,574 for a forth round F.A Cup game against Southampton in Jan 78. Think only 17 turned up from Southampton, so a good turnout from the Gash!!!
  13. Just looked it up 17,918 at the gate in August, 26,430 down there at Easter. Shows what a big attraction we were to them even back then!!
  14. If memory serves me right we had one or two (quite a lot) that entered the ground at the end of the game. Wasn't it a 26,000 crowd that day? And didn't they hold us to a 0/0?
