  1. I'm sorry, is my post coming across as being anything less than slightly amused, which is all that was intended? I agree that generally one should just ignore threads that are not of interest, this was just my reaction to finding that like many other mornings, every other thread was NTTDS initiated which makes ignoring difficult The stuff about the trains is often informative, although more so when it's about City fans travelling. I have no "beef", I was just lightheartedly suggesting that he could easily fill his own Sub forum.
  2. Having woken up to see the board spammed again with NTTDS posts on a variety of topics of varying interest or relevance, I wonder whether he should be offered a single pinned thread of his own or even a Sub forum? This would allow those interested in Norwich City's AGM or Burnley's train journey to Preston to discuss them without missing them as they rapidly drop off page 1 of the main forum.
  3. My last two appointments have been cancelled by them at short notice, but I will persevere and be booking again this month.
  4. And are still constantly urged to do so on here.
  5. I thought it was Bridgwater? Of course myths and legends surround all the greats, in years to come that will talk of his immaculate birth in the aisles of Home Bargains and how he rose to greatness under the tutelage of 3 wisemen (and a Wiemann)
  6. Fine. Then we should cancel football anytime a prominent person dies, in case there are potentially people in the crowd who may have disagreed with their views or politics.
  7. Haha, he was born the month after my daughter turned 14, how do you think I feel?
  8. Kim Wilde, then and now would do me.
  9. Seems a strange move on the face of it, they aren't exactly prestigious, but I note that they also represent Raf Araoye.
  10. Maybe it wasn't a break, but he got stretchered off and it finished his season. I remember posting here under my old username how shocked I was by a small minority of our fans cheering when he went off. Disgusting behaviour.
  11. One. In Scotland. Yep would definitely be replicated across the country.
  12. He seemed to genuinely have the respect of the players, we could do with a few referees like that over here
  13. Was this season when Aaron Brown broke his leg? Such an underrated player with a lot of the crowd, but we looked completely unbalanced without him at the end of that season.
  14. We are always told that the Asian market is the future and the Aussie timezones wouldn't be out of step there. Just us poor Europeans that would feel left out for a change. Actually looking at it, it would be that bad, games on the East Coast would start about now maybe? West Coast around 1pm, that's not too out of place compared to some other tournaments.
  15. It's a sad day when policy is dictated by ******* on Twitter. Nothing would have happened at the games, those people are all mouthy keyboard warriors who probably don't attend matches. I wouldn't waste my time with trawling that cesspit any more than I would read the Bristol City fans Facebook group.
  16. This picture must have been doctored, I don't remember it actually being blue.
  17. Or North Macedonia? Especially if they had a stadium in the neighbouring Greek region which is also called North Macedonia. Imagine the confusion for fans.
  18. That's the trouble with blanket coverage of these events you end up with "People look at flowers" as a news item. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/uk-62842089 I remember being in the States not long after 9/11 and seeing a news item about the correct way to pronounce Al-Qaeda, seriously.
