  1. I'll happily contribute of S32 want to set up a fund raiser for a banner saying... 'Racism, Sectarianism, Sexism, Homophobia, Anti-semitism will not be tolerated in our support'
  2. Great listen. Thanks @Shtanley. Pele next...
  3. That's quantum!! Well done MA. Everything this clubs does right now, we do well.
  4. Just going on the clips, I think he offers something different. He looks confident in 1 on 1 which I never feel with Weimann and Fammy. He gets tap-ins which we definitely miss. Also plays off the last man and got good movement. I can see KP45 playing him in plenty. Feel optimistic he'll contribute.
  5. I may take I'm the odd game, but wouldn't be a regular till it was closer.
  6. Can't wait for the basketball arena (though I'll have to). Will go along if it's by the Gate. New training facility is a massive step forward for the club. The main place of work for the players, so a huge positive in attracting the best.
  7. David Noble looks well. Nice it means that much to him that he came down. One of my favourite City goals and games. Thanks Nobes!!
  8. I prefer my Ashley Williams raw too
  9. Yes, good news. Testament to his professionalism that despite missing a pre-season with a club, he was back play so soon. Very interested in the interview he did about going vegan and how it's helped his overall fitness. An item on football focus featuring Chris Smalling turning vegan too.
  10. To be fair he admitted himself in an interview earlier this year that his form wasn't great last season. He put this down to injuries and the fact he never fully recovered his fitness. This year he has been in great form. Long may it continue.
  11. I can see Arsenal recalling him if he doesn't get adequate game time (assuming the loan agreement allows this). We'd be well placed to secure his services if they do. Especially once Wrighty has visited as sees what we can offer
  12. The Canary Islands are nice that time of year. (That's how you do off topic )
  13. I before ee. Sounds like a Bristolian dealing with a queue jumper.
  14. I replace Williams with Kalas in the back four, and stick Williams in goal.
  15. That's harsh. Unless you chucked dogshite at the ref and your last name is Ucnt? (Apologies, I may have got the spelling wrong).
  16. That's a really good point. The keeper shouldn't be treated any differently to any other player as far as the offside rule goes. IMHO both should be offside.
  17. From his interviews Nagy comes across as someone with integrity and 100% committed to the cause and if asked to do a job he'll do his utmost for the team. When he's with City he's 100% committed to City. When he's with Hungary he's 100% committed to Hungary. And I don't think there's any contradiction in that. I don't think anyone should judge Nagy, but you do wonder if the national manager is comprising his long-term fitness for the national cause.
  18. Interesting use of the word 'quantum'. I like the bloke. The buzzwords don't bother me as he does his job well.
  19. ..another one for treatment table then! Don't know anything about the lad, but a four year deal suggests he's decent. Hope to see him in the coming years. Edit:. Just watched the clips on Tinman's Twitter. Very impressive distribution. Comparison with Eliasson someone made is a good one. His passes are accurate and dip late to drop exactly at a team mate even in tight areas.
  20. I thought he was magnanimous and very gracious. LJ always conducts himself well. Very happy he's our coach. Be great to have Wrighty down. Hopefully, a little feature on Football Focus about us. May help secure the next rising star from Arsenal.
  21. Play about the life of Laurie Cunningham at the Wardrobe Theatre late October. Fantastic player. Should be interesting. http://thewardrobetheatre.com/livetheatre/getting-the-third-degree/
