  1. Tactical, he didn't have his best game but Hungary looked beaten from the off. From a City point of you him going off on 60 minutes was ideal as was Williams not playing.
  2. The gap from league one to the championship is massive. Going from playing teams fresh up from league 2 to teams who’ve just dropped out the top flight is huge. Glad Eisa is doing well but don’t feel like it’s one that got away. Was off the pace in training just like Engvall was. The Quality possibly to much for both.
  3. Anyone else’s season ticket DD not gone out this morning? I’m sure it’s usually 1st of the month?
  4. If we can be in around the top 6 for when JD & Korey Smith get back in the new year we'll have a proper chance of a play off place at least. No doubt we'll bring in one or two in January as well. Exciting times!
  5. Brownhill is one of the first players on the teamsheet for a reason. Extremely good player still only 23, will play top flight football for sure. Hopefully with us.
  6. Interesting to know, have never read up on it. Just find If I'm in a pub with say 8 mates about 7 of us will have iphones to the 1 android. May just be a coincidence.
  7. The app's only on android, pretty sure most have Iphone so that's not helpful. Plus split tickets on trainline well in advance of your travel date will always be the cheapest.
  8. Think most footballers, realize it's part and parcel of being a pro sportsmen. Have bumped into city players over the years, all have been very pleasant. Murray & Carey both top blokes to chat to and in more recent years Wilbraham, Wagstaff & Brownhill all more than happy for a quick chat.
  9. I'm prepared to be proven wrong but I think Huddersfield will be top 10 at best can't see them doing anything.
  10. Had his poorest season for a long time, Boro fans think we pulled their pants down for 7 million for him. At City we seem to accept his defensive frailties because he chipped in with a handful of goals each season from centre back. But astonishingly in a Tony Pulis side Aden Flint's only managed 1 goal all season. Webster scored 3 for City this year. There's no way he'll get a move this summer.
  11. Seems like Dasilva is all but done, the all reason we'll miss out on him is if he feels he can get a bigger move. Will be a real battle to sign Kalas but is certainly possible. Not reading much into Palmer's instagram post, he just put out a generic post when a player finishes a loan move etc. We may well have not seen the last of him, wouldn't be against signing him but wouldn't be to gutted if we don't. Dasilva, Kalas and a striker have to be the main targets.
  12. Boro have on paper the most likely chance of getting all 3 points from their game Sunday. Derby simply have to win their last home game to finish in 6th but its a tough one against WBA. We have a winnable but not easy game against Hull on Sunday. It's Derby's to lose, think they might rise to the occasion and win but pressure is on them big time going into Sunday lunchtime.
  13. Was under the impression the 1st direct debit for the payment of 2019/20 season tickets was due to come out the 01/05/2019 Mine hasn't come out, anyone else the same?
  14. London Bridge- The George is a good shout.
  15. Reading are safe there 6 clear of Rotherham with a far better goal difference. Rotherham could also very likely be already down by the time they play Boro. Think as poor as Boro have been at times they'll win those two games when it matters most. Think it's Boro's with the run in City and Derby have plus we play each other. We could both drop 2 points Saturday.
