  1. Personally I think their fans will enjoy going to away grounds they’ve never been before(though the novelty soon wears off) they might actually win a few games as well
  2. Was there any trouble? I remember some scummy Villa fan gave me a sidewinder outside the Witton Road end back in ‘77
  3. Public transport to the ground is shocking and don’t even get me started on the shambles that is the park and ride
  4. That allocation will be enough
  5. He scored a cracker from the angle of the penalty area against Rovers with his right foot
  6. Unfortunately any of my family who knew the stories are long gone, I wish I asked more when I was a nipper about so many different things
  7. My grandfather used to sneak into the ground when they played at St. John’s lane
  8. If it was the Saturday I reckon we would take close to 3,000 considering where we are in the league, Hillsborough is a much friendlier experience than Bramall Lane
  9. We’ve struck gold with Webster, I don’t think anyone should be too hard on Flint as he was an absolute legend for us and gave me one of the most memorable interviews in my lifetime after that Swindon game, Boro’ have the best defence in the division so he can’t be all that bad.
  10. I can confirm that Flint doesn’t live in the shite hole that is Middlesbrough, he lives in Redcar
  11. My missus loves that programme, about the only thing she watches onTV, good luck to your daughter
  12. It’s a shame because he’s been a massive City fan since his dad took him down as a nipper and they follow their team all over the country
  13. Trust me, it was one and the same person
  14. It’s patently obvious to any fool that excessive force has been used, look at how the other invading City fans are being taken away, in the correct manner
  15. Isle of Arran is beautiful, the Aran Islands off the West coast of Ireland are equally beautiful
  16. How aggressive can a steward be? Did he go onto the pitch or just on the the perimeter? All sounds a bit heavy handed to me but there again i’ve been described as a lily liveried Liberal recently
  17. Fleetwood Mac are one of the greatest bands ever and still loved today by the young generation, has there ever been a better album than Rumours? You’re right what you say about Lindsay Buckingham though
  18. Naughty boy Miah, personally i’m delighted we’ve got the robin back, shame the suspension bridge is missing
  19. Haven’t gone through all the posts but for what it’s worth my view is that the new design is a vast improvement, ( I met someone who confused us with Barnsley) all I would add to the badge would be Brunel’s masterpiece in the background
  20. I always thought they were one and the same person
  21. Spoken to many opposing fans over the last couple of seasons and all are highly impressed with the stadium, many opposition players and management also very complimentary including Boothroyd last night, there seems to be no end to their jealousy and bitterness, in regards to his Polish friend, lies
