  1. I agree. I would not watch City if they ever played in this comp in the current format. 1,100 plus is disappointingly high in my opinion. They showed a lot more solidarity in the EFL cup v Ipswich. Despite being drawn at a club in a higher division and I assume tickets being a lot cheaper with it being a cup match, all but 123 of them boycotted that one.
  2. To be fair some of their new signings Were promotion challengers 5-10 years ago
  3. Another 7,000 plus crowd today. Really do need a new stadium, or at least perhaps a new stand
  4. Didn’t they get special dispensation to count their plastic patio chairs?
  5. Was okay, but much more expensive than the pie I would have bought if there were any
  6. Covered the cost of the Babestation subscription?
  7. They need to sort out beer queues at Glos. I missed around 100 Somerset runs waiting in the queue….. A good 5/10 minutes at least
  8. The only one I can think of is Bristol Rovers, who have a larger away following than the city in which they’re located. I’ve been to Ross County a couple of times (as you do) and there’s something quite magical about what seems like the whole town walking up to the match
  9. I was at Huddersfield and reckon 400 plus were there. Maybe the 209 was the televised end of season midweek game at Sheffield United?
  10. I think he might have a point. There are some much bigger teams that they have consistently struggled and taken hammerings against no longer in the division next season. With Accrington AND Morecambe out of the way I can see the play off chasers mounting yet another serious promotion push.
  11. TrussGas, KwartengGas and DianneAbbotGas have verified that valuation of £125m. I’m not an accountant but there’s a thing called goodwill that hasn’t been factored in. Their fans have asked other fans and it turns out they’re everyone else’s second favourite team and you can’t put a price on that.
  12. The annoying thing for them today will be that they know they are better than Pompey/whoever beats them this week
  13. So glad I saw this as was planning to get a ticket up there! Just got mine.
  14. Definitely up for Huddersfield please @BigAl&Toby Still got your mobile number from Wednesday away a few years ago. Is it still the same number? ?
  15. In the interests of balance Al is one of the tiny number of people on here that I’ve met in real life. He gave my daughter and I a lift to a very poor defeat at Sheffield Wednesday (for which I have since forgiven him) in exchange for a small donation to CHSW. Otherwise it wouldn’t have been really been affordable for us to go at that time. A sensible and pleasant gentleman. I like a bit of off the wall humour as much as the next Robin. Life is indeed too short.
  16. I think that’s taking things a bit far and is unfair…….. On Scientology
  17. Sounds like it’s being played behind closed doors/zips
  18. The young kid seemed to get away and then came back round and into the section again, just as it was seeming to calm down.
  19. Wasn’t it first home game of 2023 for play off pushing Rovers? 8,429? Bearing in mind there is rugby on the TV and the Balloon Fiesta is coming up in August that really is support to be prowed of.
  20. I’m sure that’s the first and only time Barrs Court Red and myself will be thanked for encouraging anyone to watch The One Show.
  21. Draw being made during the One Show on BBC1 tonight from 7pm
  22. Absolutely disgraceful. Should be banned from watching them for life.
  23. ‘Only’ 15,000 at the Gate today. Only 6,000 more than they’ve had at home for ages. At least they can use the empty seats fancy dress joke again.
