  1. Wouldn't disagree with any of that
  2. I think this is probably the case. But with Korey Smith you would notice his work, with Pack you'd notice his work, with Palmer and Nagy you see how they are having an impact on the game. With Browngill i often leave games going, yeh he was solid, but what did he actually do?
  3. No not at all. I think he's a good player.. but sometimes struggles to impose himself in games.
  4. Games seem to pass him by. Never really has an impact. Not sure exactly what his role is? Compare that to Massengo who made late runs into the box and nearly scored twice off the back of them. Are we playing to Brownhills strengths by playing him in that deep CM role? I'm unsure. Either way, he's not offering enough for me, despite being a good player. Happy for someone enlighten me.

It's subjective. Objective is the use of numbers Subjective is ones opinion

I think it's called subjective rather than objective.

@Olé You seem to have a lot of respect on this forum, not sure why. You change your mind and opinions every week. Its embarrassing to read at times

People keep replying with "but the football is really poor blah blah blah". I'm not arguing that the football is good. I'm saying people last season were saying they'd take Warnock over Johnson, despite poor football. The same ones are now whining because of the poor football. Which is fair enough. But I just find it ironic. Anyone want to challenge me on what I'm actually saying? Rather than twisting it into their favour

I'm not arguing the fact the football isn't great. I'm saying, the same people on here were saying they'd rather Warnock over Johnson despite the poor football it would bring. The same ones are complaining about the poor football currently. We won today and people aren't happy because of bad football

"Outplayed" Are you having a laugh? They had a couple of chances on the break. Apart from that, they sat back and attempted to press us at times. This was quite effective, but to use the phrase outplayed, is a little unfair.

Is it though? What im saying is true. People last year were saying they would have Warnock over Johnson, despite the ugly football that would come with it.

I'm not all about results. I'm merely using these current circumstances to expose a proportion of morons. During that 8 loss streak, we showed signs of playing good football and were unlucky at times, I could see a way out of it. Currently, we aren't playing well, I fully recognise this. But we're getting results. Im happy to sensibly discuss where I think City need to improve. But I'm hugely fed up of out fans just throwing the Johnson out phrase around. It's tedious... fans are getting frustrated because they want him out but he's getting results. I actually see grown men annoyed that their team is unbeaten in 7. They want him out, but he keeps coming back. We won today, people aren't happy.

Yep. But those same people (not all), were blasting Lee Johnson last year and saying they'd take warnock over Johnson, despite poor football. They are now blasting Johnson for poor football. Surely you remember those threads regarding Warnock / Cardiff

7 unbeaten fella. I would expect more positivity

Their style of play was horrendous! Please do not argue, not after the stick they got on here when we were playing like we were and they we playing like they were. Youre right, they had the quality to score good goals.

I disagree. Those who say they would accept poor football for success. But are now complaining that we are winning but playing poorly, that is a true moron
  17. SStandUp

    Irony

No, you misunderstood. The morons are the fans who were on here saying they want warnock despite the poor football. But are now on here saying they don't care about wins, the football is awful It was horrendous. Worse than what we play currently.. we just seem to be lacking quality in final 3rd.

I find it amusing how the same fans on here were saying last season they'd take Warnock and his awful football over Johnson. Yet they are on here saying "I don't care about the win or the 7 game unbeaten streak, the football is awful". I know what you lot are gunna say "but Cardiff actually got promoted". Yeh you're right, and I don't think City will this year, but it's just rather ironic. You lot really are a bunch of morons. Ive never seen a set of fans so negative about a team 7 unbeaten. The football isn't great, but I find that quite funny how we're not playing great and getting results! I've seen many years where we played good football and lost every week (Johnsons first full year comes to mind). To those with reasonable views, happy with the win today and good to continue the unbeaten run. Bring on 2019, I'm confident the football will improve! Don't think it will bring promotion this year, but what a league to be involved with! Up the City
  19. I don't want Johnson sacked at all! But I'm sick of the negativity, the atmosphere at ashton gate is horrendous too! Thr atmosphere around the club is only going to change when LJ goes. Too many people have agendas against him
  20. Really? Are you sure about that. How about you go and have a look at the other 11 clubs above us and there squads and rethink that one
  21. Twitter is poison.. people tagging the manager/ players and owner in tweets telling them how shit they are. I woukd call that poisoneous, yes!
  22. I mainly take my fan bases opinions from social media. And it isn't pretty viewing
  23. I wouldn't say it's a small section. Ans this has been going on for nearly 2 and a half years now. And I'm so bored. You go on here and social media and it's always negative. Nothing positive. Folloeing City is a miserable experience thanks to the fans
  24. Not because he's doing a bad job, he's actually doing ok and doesn't deserve to be sacked at all. But too many fans don't like him. Too many fans have said things in the past and don't like the fact they have been proven wrong on several occasions. Look at our fan base currently, we're 12th in the championship and 6 unbeaten. And some of the stuff I'm reading is genuinely like we are bottom of the league. I agree with some that the performances aren't the most exciting or consistent. Sometimes we look good, sometimes not so. But can't that be said for many teams in the championship? Even the top teams. We are currently a mid table team, on and off the pitch. And shock we are mid table in the league. But I've had enough. Im so so bored of the negativity surrounding the club (misplaced negativity). Ashton gate is souless with no atmosphere. Forum and social media platforms are pure poison. And like I said, I've had enough. Regretfully and completely wrongly, Johnson has to go before all this ends. Its sad really. A decent manager and someone who genuinely loves the club. He is producing decent results and very gradual progression. On top of this he buys into the club philosophy that makes his job hard but will put the club in a good place for the future, and he recognises this and I don't think another manager in the world would buy into the clubs vision. Fans call him a yes man. Disagree. He's just willing to see the club through this journey because of the benefits it will yield in the future. Anyway, Johnson (in) out.
  25. Poor game. But we showed a fighting spirit to come through. Which we've lacked in recent years. Football isn't consistently great at the moment. But we're doing alright mate. I don't think it needs the hysteria that I'm currently seeing on here and other platforms!
