75% Your having a laugh. City had the whole of the Muller road ( say 6 to 7000 ) the rest was virtually all Rovers. And City fans think Rovers fans exaggerate.

Both ends were rammed that day. Remember at end of game City fans invading pitch first then Rovers came on and chased them all the way up the Muller Road terracing.Mind you apart from one or two who left on stretchers. A certain Bob D was in his heyday that game.

Reading some of the comments on this thread --- I am bitterly disappointed some of you are so ******g jealous of what Rovers have achieved. I am one of the few that attend both grounds and in my honest opinion Rovers have had to put up with more shit than City over the 50+ years I have been watching. For gods sake it can only be for the good of Bristol they have won this battle and now hopefully Lansdown will get his act together and do likewise. And for those fans that think having the Rugby sharing their facilities is a good thing well I can tell you it ain't.

if you think by tarting up grounds is a good thing then you are clearly mistaken. What really pisses me off is the infastructure around both current grounds. Parking at AG is a ******g farce and only a move to a new all purpose ground can solve this.

Well if you think by us re-developing Ashton Gate is a step ahead of the Gas plans then i say you are clearly deluded. Both clubs need new grounds Not re-developments.
