  1. Perhaps he’s just bored of your trolling?
  2. It has all of those things but they can **** off for the petrol money.
  3. Exactly, not one to take the piss out of.
  4. I actually (honestly) finally switched up to a TV larger than my old 32 inch today. The old ones looking for a home, it’s a Sony flatscreen so if they’d like to send someone to pick it up that’d be great. Would suit the men as it’s not ‘smart’. Just before they get excited, I live in Worthing, although I’m sure it’s worth the trip.
  5. I’ll give you a smidge. Points most important but I’m hoping to gain more confidence in the performance over the next few. On to Millwall!
  6. Couple of wins and I’ll be back to normal!
  7. Time for us to get some more points on the board so we can really lay into them, I can’t quite summon up the enthusiasm at the moment.
  8. You’d think someone would know how to ‘justify’ text.
  9. Not enough to counteract the detriment to his bank account though...
  10. Also 2 City players on the pitch ? (For Southend, the 6-2 winners)
  11. No idea what happened there but about 5 dp’s
  12. Bloody hell, there were more at the Crawley game last night that I went to. But I guess Crawley have a better ground.
  13. Awkward... as was my post not having read the whole thread RRH!
  14. Worthy of it’s own thread? Wasn’t so long ago we went on the worst losing streak in our history, those in glasshouse’s and all that. edit: obviously I wasn’t the only one to think it unworthy.
  15. Exactly, so as much as we laugh at the tents etc we’d be the same and support the club. I can see that a higher league position and better facilities might sway a few new to football, but my family have supported City since 1900 or so. If they’d supported Rovers since then I’d be sat in a tent. Just how it goes.
  16. Do you support the stadium or the team you grew up with? I don’t understand the argument? Both teams are perennial underachievers, yes it’s nice to have a great stadium but would you swap allegiance if the shoe were on the foot?
  17. Blimey, I was at our match that day, why didn’t I get an invite? Was probably funnier though the travelling support went mental as the news came through.
  18. Is that the one where the coin toss was held at the West Ham end of the line? was there even a coin?
  19. @TinMan's left peg https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/football/2000/jan/20/newsstory.sport1 Enjoy!
  20. Placing a fish tank containing plastic fish behind the goal...
  21. It’s not personalised on that site as I got the same rather than the usual Viagra and Thai bride ads.
  22. Lansdown should employ him, he seems to have a spiderweb of connections in the Bristol hierarchy.
