Yeah, I remember and knew some from them long gone days.
Blackjack, Jiffy, Angus, Larry the Limp, Paddy Walsh, The Pascoes, John Feeney, Chris Saunders, Heavy Duty, Moussah, and Boner spring to mind.Blackjack and Moussah had brothers who were well-known.
Some of those that followed City in those days, were bitter enemies “off the pitch”, who put their differences aside temporarily on match days.
You're forgetting Beaney, the Wescotts,Ray Harding,Rob Barry,Jeff Eades,Dave Elvins Mike Oads etc, etc.A coach load of nutters.Me or Angus would hire a Turners coach to leave the city centre at some strange hour of the morning after a night in the stage door.Them days were fun.

123 Rovers fans there tonight.
Fair play to all who made the trip, but that's appalling let's be honest...
Ted Rodgers made it then ?

My first ever away game, at the time I couldn’t understand what Millwall were doing there
Was that the one where we kicked the gates in and filled there end about an hour before the game. The old bill then arrived with the dogs.I remember seeing Beaney (RIP) with a big alsation hanging from his coat.It was a bit lively that day with Millwall & Swindle on the premises but no contest.

Four big priced winners yesterday.
A bit gutted that i only had single bets on Langer Dan and The Real Whacker but i did have a £1 double on Maskada and A Dream to Share.
£115 back for the double but a £1 acc on them 4 would have been 9 grand.

And how come the deciding factor was going to come down to yellow cards!
Why not make it something more positive, like shots on target? Surely that’s a better way of deciding which team was the better and more positive one, rather than something that could have been down to a refs interpretation.
Mexico had 16 shots on target vs Poland’s 5.
5 on target in 3 games! Who do they think they are - the 2020 version of Bristol City??!!We always played corners in 5/6 aside tournaments.. basically the more attacking team went through.

Anybody go today ?
I'm up in North Wales so was not possible for me to make it.One of the original East end boys and a good buddy from the old days.

How many tickets did we get for this game
Do you remember Hackers 24 seater back in day ?
It was a bit lively and we ended up going home with a double aluminium ladder slid down the middle of the bus.
Were you on IT A ?
