  12. Just spoken to someone at the ground who tells me there is a lot of spare seats in away end as only 1200 tickets sold by city.
  13. We had coaches leaving the city centre at 3-4am in the morning after the clubs had kicked out.Blackpool,Carlisle etc. Ask Leader about the good old days... I even hitched through the night with a buddy to Pompey when i was 15,We left about 10pm and slept in a shed on the way. Climbed into Ninian Park once when i was 14 but got in too early and got chucked out....i was the only one in there :laugh:

  15. Shrewsbury Railway Station is just over two miles away from the Greenhous Meadow Stadium, so if you do decide to walk it is going to take around 40 minutes. Otherwise you can grab a taxi up to the ground which should cost about £5 (although I have heard that taxis at the station can sometimes be scarce, so you may wish to find the number of a local firm before you go). Alternatively, you can catch the Meole Brace Park & Ride service (operated by Arriva) from the railway station which takes you to the Meole Brace Retail Park, which is close to the stadium.
