  1. Went to see Joseph Parsons last night. A great comedian originally from Weston Super Mare, was very good. He’s a proud City fan and wears his City shirt on stage. Always good to support a fellow red!
  2. I won’t watch a European or a Premier League game until City are in it. I detest the eliteness and arrogance of some of the big clubs. I’m just not interested. Each to their own, but unless it’s City and the teams in their league, I really couldn’t give a shit. I just love my club.
  3. Is there a stream available to buy or a free one? Any ideas?
  4. Some fans support teams that are successful wherever they live and don’t support their local team. This happened to Ipswich in the 70s and early 80s and others over time. If Ipswich don’t get back to the Prem and do well, this fan base will gradually disappear. Same for other similar clubs. When we get to the Prem and stay there, we will get more support outside of the local area. Then the ticket prices rise and we can’t afford to go….
  5. Hey kid in the riot. I’m not a star struck man, just someone who loves Bristol City and our community. I’m praising the Lansdowns because my eyes have been opened to what else they do and they are doing something good. I also praise others in our community that do good too. Each to their own and I get your view, but please do not think I’m a ‘man’ who turns up at an event and sucks up to anyone or any company.
  6. Dear Pongo, Apart from the fact I have stripes on my beer belly, huge nipples and carry a club, nope. I drink the beer though from the Brewery. Cerne
  7. Yes, both were and gave speeches. I was very impressed. Humble people. I also shook hands with Brian Tinnion and told him I loved him.
  8. I was lucky enough to be invited to the Bristol Sport Gala Dinner last night. It was great to see and hear Antoine speak so well again, a great player and gent in the making. Curtis Fleming talked about the amazing facilities City have. To hear how the mens and ladies rugby, ladies football and mens basketball was great too. Pat Lam, a great motivator. The speeches and insight on what Bristol Sport are doing in the community was inspirational. No matter what people think of SL and JL regarding City, they have and are doing something unique and amazing in Bristol. Take the time fellow reds to read what they are doing. In my eyes SL is a legend. We are all lucky to have him. PS - My name isn’t John…. honest
  9. Thanks ST. Enjoy the season, best of luck unless you face us in the cup.
  10. How’s it looking for you guys now ST? Shaun Taylor is one of my legends. Such a hard player. What is he up to now?
  11. I like to get honest views In The Net and like your posts. You’ll always get supporters from both clubs who are not so friendly, but that’s football. Keep posting mate.
