  1. He gave his details at the side of the road to a local resident then f@cks off. He was wearing an odd set of Sliders i.e. one black and one white in the photo! The bloke is a bell end of the highest order. I'm sure he will get out of it somehow.
  2. To be honest the bar has been set pretty low! Nothing against him and I'm not an LJ out person but god I'm sick of listening to his interviews. So I don't anymore.
  3. On the plus side for the sags, there has been confirmation from Public Health England that how ever bad the Coronavirus gets in the UK there will still be matches played at the Mem. The reason being that matches played there will not qualify as 'large gatherings' or classed as 'crowds'. Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere.
  4. I don't mean to be picky but do you mean ASDAL?
  5. I'm of an age where I was lucky enough to see City in the top division, it was great I have to say. However, Division 1 was completely different to the Premiership as it is now. At that time, I can't remember it being hard to get a ticket even for the biggest of games. I went to an evening game v WBA and we 1:0 and it was brilliant. However, if we do go up at any point then I'm afraid people like myself that average about 8 games a season would find it hard to get tickets. There would undoubtedly be a new batch of followers who would all of a sudden become new season ticket holders. They would then likely to ditch us if we were subsequently relegated. I'm already p!ssed off at playing at other times rather than 3pm on a Saturday and this would likely to be worse if we went up. However, if City don't move forward then we will inevitably be left behind so its a bit of a Catch 22. If we go up and then come back down we would benefit financially but also having been in the Premiership it would make us more likely to be considered with the 'big boys' if the Premiership does get expanded or made in to 2. Taking all good and bad in to account, we have to get promoted no matter how much I enjoy the Championship because we just can't afford to stand still or go backwards. Will we ever get there though?? Thats an entirely different matter.
  6. To be honest I forgot what a kind face Wael has...….. the kind of face one would like to punch.
  7. At one point Rooney passed a ball about 10 yards pretty much side ways under no pressure near the half way line and that Gimp Hendrie described it as 'majestic' WTAF! Rooney did ok overall but anyone with his ability would look ok playing so deep with no press in the first half. The love in shown by Parry and Hendrie was cringeworthy at best.
  8. Sooo is this the home of the Whopper ?
  9. The simple answer is that success is there for the taking. We constantly underperform and lose games we shouldn’t. We also win games we shouldn’t. the championship is savage but it is also pretty average across the division. If we had a more savvy management team I feel everything would be there for the taking. We have been bang average for the most part but still in with a sniff somehow. As a fan it feels that it’s the hope that kills you. It’s there for the taking but we seem incapable of grasping these opportunities. Weekend ruined and opportunity missed. Again.
  10. Hmmm, what people don't take in to account is that the numbers include an assorted array of Whippets, Ferrets and Pigeons. So probably closer to about 300 humans.
  11. I don't think he will and don't call me Shirley.
  12. I would go further and say I have had movement.
  13. I remember the Shaun Goater days with fondness and it is great to have Nahki on board with similarities to the Goat. Bermudian, a potent striker and boyish good looks...… How does the song go... 2 out of 3 ain't bad!
  14. The general consensus is that this is a great signing and I have to say I'm really pleased and excited about it. We have had more false Dawns than a Transvestite Website so I'm not getting carried away yet. However, if we do land a couple more exciting additions today then we could be in for a great few months. The league is competitive as always. However, no team is really dominant and this makes it a massive opportunity for City. Onwards and hopefully upwards. COYR!!
