  1. Baird was w@nk and Liam 'Jigsaw' Robinson was also w@ank. I think Jevons scored 40 odd goals for City so can't see how he would be 'one of the most ineffectual' strikers we've had. That list is long and depressing and Jevons shouldn't be on that list.
  2. Fair enough. I like the reference 'People's Republic of Gaschat'. I think I will nick that and use it as my own in future!
  3. Steve Torpey !! Now there's a name I've not heard for a while. I enjoyed watching him play.
  4. I find the walk / pub crawl to the ground from Temple Meads to the ground is especially enjoyable. Start at Colosseum, Coronation, Mason's, Packet etc, etc, many different routes before arriving at the field of dreams natched right up!
  5. Paddy Power had City at 13/2 just to finish top 12 this morning. Good value in my opinion. Along with the 325/1 for top 6 finish yesterday.
  6. I bet regularly and do pretty well out of it and have done so consistently over the past few years. So no sign of the fun stopping or the bookies loving me.
  7. STOP PRESS !! City have new a new proven manager so not scoring in over 7 hours of football isn't massively relevant. I think its value and you don't.
  8. Which shows the massive opportunity that we missed. Hopefully, Pearson can reignite the play off race.
  9. After months of being so p!ssed off it is so refreshing to have some hope back. I thought I'd have a look at our odds for a top 6 finish. I got 325/1 !! I know we have been total dug sh!t but that is ridiculous value. It has gone down to 275/1 this morning but brilliant value imo. 11/2 to finish top 12 !!
  10. I think we may have signed Angela Lansbury by mistake. ark at eee look
  11. I reckon he is starting to turn it around at Forest, it was a bloody mess when he arrived. He seems to have got them organised and they look more solid than they did. He also got Glenn Murray in and I'm guessing if CH had got the job at City the he would have brought him here. I feel that would have been enough to get us top 6. As we all know, that ship has long since sailed!
