  1. BCTV dreadful tonight. Six times I have had to re-start and have now given up. Am absolutely furious. This is fraud. Apart from which I have never seen such piss-poor passing so maybe it is a good thing.
  2. BCTV dreadful yet again. Three time already I have had to re-start. Mind you, the football is crap so maybe not a bad thing. Never seen such piss-poor passing.
  3. Senior Reds today

Is there a team photo this season? Or have I missed it.
  4. Holden - Bury Job

I sincerely do hope you are right.

My son lives a few miles away from the Gigg Lane ground. The local word is that the owners (allegedly} are running the club into the ground as the premises are worth more as a building plot. My daughter-in-law went to their club shop last christmas to buy replica shirts etc for her nephews only to find the shelves empty because, apparently, bills had not been paid. It would seem a good idea to keep well clear of this club - which is a shame. So like our own dear neighbours.

Would you buy a used car from any of them?
  8. BCTV

F ine for me though had to re-load at ht. Started to judder during the last few minutes but good picture though camera-work left a lot to be desired. Annoyed that so many games will be televised during december which means that we subscribers to BCTV will lose out.

The reason he stands on the terraces is that he cannot afford a stand seat.
  10. Another mystery of life solved

Garibaldi! Or squashed fly biscuits as we called them when I was a nipper.
  11. Wireless house alarms

I used to have a one room office and, rather than go for complicated and expensive wiring, bought a "space-filler" type. Basically it is the size of a cigarette pack and sits on a shelf. When you leave the office/room at night you set it and when you return in the morning switch it off within ten seconds or so. It could not be simpler and, from memory, only cost about £20. Of course, you would need one for each room where entry might be possible. Don't know if this is of use but worth considering.
  12. BCTV

Worked perfectly for the second match running. Lets hope the gremlins are dead.

  15. BCTV

For the first time a perfect picture with no freezing. Pity about the football though!
