His ceiling may well be higher than Conway’s IMO
I have a vague recollection of Tinnion saying the same thing when he first broke into the side.

I reckon Bell's performances would improve if he was playing as part of a two instead of wide on a three.
He seems a little isolated at times.
Would probably suit Mehmeti to be playing behind a two instead of wide as well.
Would 3-5-2 suit our forward players better?

Is the QR code usable for entry?
May potentially save me a bit of a faff as I'm not sure my NFC is functioning correctly.
NFC did not work for me (suspect hardware issue) but the QR code did.

Indeed. Thought Araoye and Knight-Lebel would be on the bench tomorrow...?
Suppose there's a balance to be had making sure they get minutes so they are not rusty if called upon.
Is McCrorie available yet?

If you’re struggling with the loss of one of our best ever players, you could try changing what you call him. I find that if I call him Axel Scott he becomes much less impressive. Now he’s just a bloke who runs around a lot and has a shit name. £25m? I’ll drive him to Bournemouth.
We'll never forget you Andy

If he left in the 80s, surely that was due to seeing the work from people born in the 50s/60s... gen x was from the mid 60s or so right?
"Loads of gen x / millennials are running digital outputs"... So you're complaining about people in work under the age of around 65? Which is basically everyone in the country then. Blimey. If only these digital / media outlets were run by a bunch of 80 years olds eh!
It's important to note that there have been errors in writing since writing began. Greek and Roman texts are littered with spelling and grammatical errors.
Jane Austen, F Scott Fitzgerald and Agatha Christie were all terrible spellers.
There is a 17th century version of the King James Bible that says "Thou shalt commit adultery".
The word cacao was misspelled as cocoa sometime in the 18th century and stuck.
Popeye's love of spinach is down to an error where the amount of iron provided was given an extra zero in a textbook.
Our language evolves through mistakes. Words like ammunition, culprit and syllabus are all in use but were borne of mistakes.
But sure, let's blame Gen X and Millennials. Absolute boomer nonsense.

For those worried about long queues of people fumbling to open the app. There is no app. As long as the phone is switched on, has power, it can just be touched on the reader and entry will be gained.
In theory this should be just as quick and easy as touching with a physical ticket.
8 hours ago, Taunton_BCFC said:Just to add what others have said. You do not need an app, you will not have to open your wallet every time! I went to england u21s v France at Leicester in March . You simply hoover your phone over the turnstile and it will pick up your ticket. It’s so easy people and if ours if anything like Leicester's will be very quick. Change is good people
Presumably this will require the phone to be NFC capable? (And have NFC turned on)

Bit of a random one..
my dad is looking to get a season ticket in south stand. There’s a few near the back that he’s interested in.
would anyone have any photos looking towards the pitch from near top of s20/s21
just to get an idea if it’s too high for him!
I don't know if this photo helps you at all, but this is from S20, one row from the back.
If it's a mobility issue, I would advise against. The stairs are not easy.

But if we have the players for a back 5 then it isn’t an issue
If the anticipated signings are confirmed, then it seems we have reasonable options for both & the ability to be flexible.

Looks like the owner is depositing an 8-figure amount in imminently to get them through to end of next season.
So if the money is there, why didn't he deposit it before the deadline?
I'll believe it when it actually happens.

Got to say this seems a really odd choice.
Conway, Scott & Bell were all eligible, weren’t they?
I think it's u-21 player of the year as opposed to first team young player of the year

He must be frustrated with his teammates. In addition to the above, several good runs made that went completely unnoticed.

I agree with you, but note that the comment was regarding his eventual ceiling not current level.
