    How You All Feeling?

I actually had a Gashead text me trying to take the piss asking me how it worked out for us tonight followed by three laughing emojis and hard luck shitheads. My reply was worked out well, 2-1 against Man City at The Etihad, against a team with a +51 goal difference, held our own against the best team in the country. Their reply was we stopped singing after their second goal, when I called bullshit on that and suggested they rewatch the game on Sky (yes they actually recorded the game to see us get smashed!) they then said Gas away support was bigger than ours sooooo gave them a couple of stats to show that was more bollocks and they disappeared.......Just left me wondering after a great night WTF is wrong with those morons they actually thought we would be devastated after tonights result, I was in the hospitality and our support was magnificent, the boys gave it everything and i'm proud of them and never been more grateful i'm a red!

    Bristol Flyers Dramatic Winner

I get that and it's a shame they play in blue as well!, the name's just an Americanism I guess (although I do prefer Pitbulls to the former Bulldogs and Avon Flyers names) Main thing is to try and get them playing back in Bristol, which hopefully will happen within the next 12 months!

What's wrong with the pitbulls? The amount of work those guys have put in to keep Bristol ice hockey alive after losing their rink for development is astounding (travelling to Oxford for home games, having to travel to Oxford and Birmingham to practice as that was the only place they could find ice time), they have won promotion from Division 2 but turned it down as they didn't have the facilities in place due to having to play in Oxford. Hopefully they will be home in Cribbs Causeway soon and can kick on.

Geoff Rose / Hospital Broadcasting Box

They do still do HB (BHBS) and commentary on our home games is done by a Gashead who used to be chair of the Rovers Supporters Club!! (not sure if he does every game but nice to see him educating himself!)

Christ on a bike they really are delusional, had a Gashead who works at Bristol City Council telling me last week that John Terry was definitely on his way to The G*s due to Wael's connections with Chelsea.

    Travelodge

Agree with everything in your original post, stayed in the Travelodge at Wembley last August room was disgusting, dodgy white stains all over the sofabed, no air conditioning, windows would not open, "West Ham" carved into the bathroom door, brown stains on the walls. At 130am I went out and slept in the back of my car! Having said that I stayed at the Travelodge Gatwick Airport and apart from the bed being awful everything else was ok for £29!!
