Well, not to slate Wilbrahimavic off, but he was poor second half and couldn't control anything. The game was crying out for a moment of creativity and we have the most creative player in the division on our bench. But, and I can't stress this enough. It's a good point in the long run I reckon. Did you notice how many options he had at any one point? He over hit 4 passes maximum out of I would guess to be well over 50. The problem is the movement and it always has been

I dunno, I felt we lost the midfield battle because we bypassed it all too often. Three quality passers in there today and they spent too long craning their necks. As I said at half time, we were playing 4-0-6 at times and it was very, very simplistic stuff. I actually like Cotts. He's a very good fit for City. But he got most things wrong today. Still there are a number of positives to take from it and we'd be foolish not to focus on those.

I'm just waiting for the impending "pack was crap" thread, despite the fact he was the only player in red to move and want the ball for every second he was on the pitch. His vision is also sublime, often the execution is lacking, but the passes he sees are awesome.

Haven't said this yet, but Cotts got a lot wrong today, particularly the substitutions. Still, would have taken a point before the game... Just disappointed as Orient were quite poor.

So static in midfield. Basically playing a 4-0-6 formation and thumping it for the second half of the first half... Keep the ball, pass and move. Triangles. It's hardly ******* rocket science.
