  1. Have an 11 yr old son with a disability and so always leave seat with about 3 mins to go to avoid the crush. That will still annoy some I’m sure given we sit roughly half way in row!!! Although surprising how many seats are empty by then anyway Even more annoying is we hang around on gate steps til final whistle ... nights like last night remind me why
  2. Or join whichever away fans Might be playing the blue few.. although wouldn’t want to be lining their pockets... and like they’d still be going if we folded ... golf it is
  3. Horrible sad news. Thoughts are with his family
  4. Not even thinking it’s slim... millwall safe - there for taking derby .. even with 12 men look beatable in both their remaining games. Rotherham - dogged at home..draw hull..well they just owe us one so let’s stop talk of next season and really get behind lads for next 2 games
  5. Swansea could easily beat that derby side.. If we can beat millwall on Tuesday it’s all down to next Sunday. Just sayin... not convinced it’s over yet! COYR

Attic the post not the poster
  7. YStill a way to go. The way we play I’d be more worried if we were the team sitting in fifth (top four out of reach). We never seem to play well when we are looking over our shoulder. Make us the underdog with teams in front of us... that’s when we start performing. Hope the boys can look at the table and see the self proclaimed big boys ahead of us get the same dogged mentality and good performances we put together on our run. Performances against Sheffield u and boro will show if I’m right... but then the hard work is to not stop peddling and coast into the Wigan game. Exciting times... and despite comments above lj, pato, Famara will all have big roles to play.. so let’s get behind them COYR
  8. @East End Old Boy thanks for sharing. As I said he is obviously only a young lad and many would not have taken time to apologise regardless of negative feedback. The offer to meet him before next game has been made and I hope it’s taken... There is a whole primary school of children who have met Owen, my son, who know better and I’m sure anybody who has someone in their life with Down’s syndrome feels the same... but if you’ve not been lucky enough then it’s an education rather than negative feedback that will change behaviour. @Dr Balls will look out for marvellous and @RedSkin will be in touch for a pint before next home game ... anyways.. long may the run continue COYR
  9. I bring my son, with Down’s syndrome, to most home games. When I heard this comment i was disgusted. That said he was a young chap who probably hasn’t come across anybody with Down’s syndrome or anybody who has an equal amount of passion for the game... if not more.. than most football fans. Rather than just reporting I may extend the offer of a pint next time stoke are in town so that he can truly appreciate what a stupid and hurtful thing that is to say.
