  1. Unbelievable they were indeed, we danced all around that tiny ground. The look on the Crawley fans faces was priceless
  2. Probably best not to comment when your pissed up mate
  3. I'll never make pole in my old Touran
  4. Totally disagree, I have it on good authority it's a black velvet bag
  5. Well said that man, spot on
  6. Come on then supporter of the year what's this supposed to mean?
  7. Dont stand on the pitch or you will upset the ground staff.
  8. I'd expect that gate to be poor tbh but a Midlands derby, that is realy poor
  9. A crowd of11,600 with 4000 Coventry fans. How bad is that
  10. Make it top six, Johnson out!
  11. Mark Cooper used to frequent our local on a Sunday afternoon to watch a bit of footie on the big screen with a beer or two. He has a bit of a reputation for being arrogant locally but to be fair I had a couple of good chats with him about City and especially his dad. Classic stories about as a young apprentice he would taxi the likes of David Moyes around in his car, also how he got a bit cheeky one day and got put inside the industrial tumble driver at Ashton gate to teach him a lesson. The best one as I have mentioned on here before was how Terry Cooper then manager and Clive Middlemas drove a transit van to the north east to move Alan Walsh down to Bristol as both player and club had no money.
  12. If this was for the incident outside the Rising Sun pre match then this gentleman got exactly what he was looking for. My son and I parked up at 12.30 by the Orchard and he and his mate were drunk then carrying glass pint pots down the street giving it the big one in their stone island . Later when we walked past the Rising Sun at 2.30 only to see them again brawling and shedding claret i did think to myself he will regret his actions when he looks in the mirror in the morning. Nothing but a total idiot I'm afraid.
  13. When you do collar him, can I claim for a new pair of boxers please
  14. For those that haven't noticed our friends from South East London are at WBA today so be careful if your going to Brum by train.
  15. I for one am not going to welcome him into Ashton Gate. He new exactly what he was doing that day back in November 2014. To run the length of the pitch to deliberately provoke us shows what a horrible shitehouse he is. Not wanted go away
  16. If you are there an hour before kick off park in the housing estate af the top of the hill on the right. I go up about half a dozen games a season and always manage to park ok.
  17. In 1984 Terry and Clive Middlemass drove up to Darlington in a van to help Alan Walsh move down to Bristol to help him out with his move to City. Just goes to show what sort of things were going on behind the scenes to keep the club going in those dark dark days. It is nothing less than a total disgrace that this gentleman has not been honoured in some way by the club.
  18. I was at York that day, still convinced Ralph was crossing the ball when he scored. Millwall were at Grimsby that day for their promotion party and the services was full of them. Happy Days
  19. For God sake man your talking to much sense putting up formations like that, please leave this thread immediately.
  20. From the first few minutes it was obvious that Jack Hunt was never going to go past their left back Blackett. Then as you say this led to crosses being played in diagonally and not being pulled back for the striker to run in to. Unfortunately though the standard of balls into the box from a professional right back was truly shocking yesterday. Jack Hunt had probably 6 or 7 opportunities and consistently failed, a right back he may be but a right wing back he isn't.
  21. Parked the bus ? I don't know what game you were watching last nigh but they certainly didn't park the bus. Or is this just another of your pathetic attempts to be noticed.
