  1. Thought this was a helpful article re reinfections. Essentially they’re thinking it’s down to early release before recovery and or testing errors. Would be highly surprising if it was due to no immunity. https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.latimes.com/world-nation/story/2020-03-13/china-japan-korea-coronavirus-reinfection-test-positive%3f_amp=true
  2. Cor, that Henriksen comment doesn’t do a lot to quash the recent rumours?...
  3. Yep, enjoyed it also. Decent game of football
  4. Not really. Lots of passing but not much end product. They rely on Mitro and Cairney to get them something with a moment of quality. Watch them play another team as a neutral and you’ll see how unimpressive they are considering the players they have. Should be up there with WBA challenging for the title with the talent in their squad. Parker’s underachieving imo. Thought we looked a bit more like a team in 7/8th today - which is a big improvement!
  5. And you would expect us to if we had Tom Cairney, Bobby Reid and Harry Arter in the middle
  6. Not really. Seem quite toothless to me considering the talent they have. Seems Parker’s strategy is to just put them on the pitch and hopefully their quality will win out. Not saying that they won’t come through in the end but don’t see much of strong identity or cohesive strategy.
  7. Problem with Mitrovic is he’s the sort of player who’s quiet all game then pops up with a ridiculous finish from a half chance in the last 10 mins.
  8. If we think LJ is underperforming with our squad, what can you say about Scott Parker?! Yeah, decent (albeit not amazing) in possession and a bit pressure at the end of the half, but they should be creating WAY more opportunities with the talent they have. Thought we weren’t too bad tbh, and at least are having a few shots. Also, Nahki needs to get off the free kicks, every one he’s taken for us since joining has been poor.
  9. Bit worried about Benko coming in. Doesn’t seem on the wavelength to me
  10. Yep, and this also adds into the 3-4% mortality rate being probably overestimated. There could be potentially be up to 10x the amount of people that have it only showing relatively mild symptoms. None of these people would have been included in the current figures, artificially elevating the perceived rate of mortality (as the death rate should be reported correctly either way). Quite an informative article on infomullet. http://infomullet.com/2020/03/02/covid19mentalmodel/?fbclid=IwAR3dqRkPKMT_q9S2vFDwMg7VBZSw5SJqc4d2YgECgDfurR9QrS7mL28M5XI
  11. Oof! I'm not into slating Johnson, but its pretty damning evidence that backs up the main complaints people are having with the way we play. If you're going to play ugly football you have to get promotion with it (Warnock style), or it just isn't worth it for people.
  12. Bentley pulls off some fantastic saves but I feel quite a bit more comfortable with Nicki’s command of the box. Feels a much more solid and reliable keeper with the basics.
  13. That’s because the squads a mess and not built around clearly defined roles or strategies. A complete random selection of ‘clubs in the bag’.
  14. Re Brighton, you’re talking about when they were in the PL tho and he was just trying to keep them up. They played good football in the championship and they had no problem with him.
  15. Ok, so take how he was then and turn it up a couple of notches.
  16. Cup run went to his head apparently, got a lot more arrogant after that.
  17. He’s been very critical of us tonight and has been getting more like that as the seasons gone on. He used to be ridiculously positive but he’s now been around long enough.
  18. Even the RobinsTV commentator is calling us ‘appalling’
  19. A couple of goals at Ashton Gate this season I could only be half arsed to celebrate as we just don’t seem to deserve it half the time. I don’t get into LJ bashing etc but this football team is diabolical to watch, and that’s not just us having too high expectations. You hear it from opposition fans every week about how bad we look.
  20. Is Henriksen ridiculously slow or just rusty?

Great way to distinguish yourself at a City match!
  22. Seriously? Brum and QPR Nagy was amazing and everyone was raving about him.
  23. Why is everyone blaming O’Dowda for the throw in?! Have you watched it back? Whilst yes, Jay was an easier ball it was a pretty standard throw in that a championship midfielder should be able to control and move on pretty simply. Henriksen was at fault for being so slow, which he and quite a few others were guilty of a number of times today.
  24. Sure, but Henriksen had loads of time, he only lost it because he took ages with it, not because he was given a poor throw.
