  1. Birmingham vision is interesting Knighthead Capital co-owner and club chairman Tom Wagner said: “To understand why we are doing this, you have to get a sense as to the whole vision. This isn’t just about a stadium, it’s about a sports’ quarter. Birmingham City owners make major vow as details of new stadium and £3billion revamp released - Mirror Online
  2. Joe Royle 4 on debut wasn't it?
  3. 17 starts in the league, 12 missed out injured, under a manager who a lot of people would have here in an instant. Got to be something about his play other than goals, assists.....
  4. Or more likely the sun was in the keepers face it being a lunchtime kickoff, so gave Max that problem
  5. One for the fans as was Tomlin.
  6. Exactly this. It's about him and his tactical ability to outsmart the opponent. How well the team did this or that according to the way he set them up. 7. James Piercy as well so should be a good listen.

  10. Sir Alex Ferguson made exactly the same point when ManU played in grey and said they would never again.
  11. If they were not going to renew NP's contract, then I don't really see a more convenient time, given they would not be buying in the January window if not keeping the manager. Had to give the new man time to assess the squad first before window. So, timing was as good as it would get IMO.
  12. Nice article, good read. How Sheridan Robins’ passion for Yeovil Town underpins her BBC rise – Somerset’s Alive! (somersetsalive.co.uk) Extract Sheridan told Somerset’s Alive!: “I have had my fair share of criticism too and that takes some getting used to. You have to realise you are not going to be everyone’s cup of tea, and take feedback on board. “But, I also get a huge amount of support and for that I am grateful. I give it my all and can honestly say I work hard to be prepared for every game and situation. I also hope my passion for the game comes across.”
