Interesting line-up. A mixture of first team regulars plus cup appearance makers.

Aimee Palmer is mysteriously missing, hopefully that won't impact the midfield too much...

Seen someone on Twitter say Palmer is suspended. Accumulation of yellows?

  2. I’ve sat in Block A for years, fortunately near the back, so had no issue accessing my seat today, but I do feel for some of the others in that block who couldn’t access their normal seat today.

I thought largely the Block A atmosphere was as good as it’s been for a while, and that’s as quiet as I’ve seen Birmingham for years - mostly down to the football I’d guess - but I think having a louder presence close to the away fans would have had an affect. I think E34 would have been better had the away fans been louder mind.
I’d be all for having a singing section in E34 permanently, as long as it’s done properly.

It did wind me up a bit seeing a few mouthy little goggle-hood wearing sh1ts sending each other the same electronic ticket to avoid being moved… like I say, do it, but properly.

The life is slowly being sucked out of our football club. Changing the manager won’t make a blind bit of difference, either.

How would you suggest changing it exactly? Spend big on exciting players and risk bigger debts / sanctions?
Unfortunately it’s the result of this club being run poorly in years gone by that puts us in this position now. I don’t think there is an answer, just have to ride out the storm and hope for the best? I’d rather a few dull years of football to get us in a better position as a club financially, and hopefully that doesn’t mean dropping to L1.

    It’s against human rights apparently

Surely common sense needs to prevail in situations like this, when safety is concerned. It’s ok to shut roads and keep drivers stranded for hours in their cars for safety reasons, surely holding people back in a secure environment with facilities is less against human rights than a shunt on the M4.

  5. Seen a video on social media from a Derby fan, filming the guy run on the pitch and also posted his name in the video… cant imagine it would take long to get back to his employer, but somehow I very much doubt he is employed……

Just bizarre. The ref should be adding on at least 30 seconds every throw by the time it take Kalas to get over there then dry the ball.

If we’re winning 1-0 and the time the throws are taking are going unnoticed then I’m happy, no issue in my opinion, the longer the better.

If I was an opposition player/fan losing 1-0 and the throws were taking that long however……….
