  1. yeah Bs4 red Derry/Londonderry is in Northern Ireland but Derry City play in the league of Ireland not the NIFL. he could go back there. maybe he would like to go to then states and play in the msl and post pictures of himself on instagram dressed as Osama Bin Laden for his jokes!!
  2. OTIK what is your view on the bloke quoting the ira as he has done before, wandering around during minutes silences v being respectful and wearing balaclavas etc ?? are you sticking up for him? are you supporting him? He could really make a moral stand and play outside of the UK or another stand back to Derry and play in the republic. chooses not to.
  3. OTIK this man could play in the republic for stroke city. chooses not too. he could play around Europe chooses not to. he plays in England. cash before principles.
  4. Its been on threads on here before. He is an ira supporter. A ira supporter who chooses to earn his money in a country with the queens head on its ££. He could earn his money elsewhere.
  5. Nah James people who would never go to Tilburg to watch Willem II think its quite cool there are fans out there away from Bristol who have an interest in City. Its something to like. Those who dislike it or who are weirdly jealous are in the minority. That is not bollocks.
  6. Can anybody SLO or ST explain what this does mean??
  7. Spudski I find LJ constantly difficult to understand in his interviews. Somebody somewhere should be waving the how we coach and its learning style module from the FA and saying Lee there are people out there who dont understand what you are on about you sound like David Brent mate wind it in.
  8. Thanks for the link Spudski. It made sense and was in plain English. That's is not LJ and his riddles. If I used 'The mathematics of creating overloads through systems and patterns of plays' to the lads I coached they would think I was a fkn idiot.
  9. Spudski "read the FA's guide for such, at ground level entry coaching. For people like you and me if we choose to go into coaching". What guide is this? Done levels 1 & 2 and its not part of the work books!
  10. Red Rock. Smarter = clothes mate. You could tell City v Rovers by their dress and it was not colours. Early 70's dunno. Late no and eighties no way.
  11. Life was different in the 70s. More tribal. Fight those from a different estate. North v Bristol. Somerset (City) v Gloucs 9Rovers). Citys support was different to the Gas they were bikers and greebos an then skins. City were smarter. They try to hide this but the Gas had NF following them and City had lads from St Pauls - SPAM St Pauls Aggro Merchants. This carried on elsewhere at gigs with City v Gas at the Clashthen Damned and Ruts . When Crass played in Bristol there was a pitched battle in Old Market supposedly anti racist groups v the BNP at the heart it was City (black and white) v Gas skins.
  12. At 3.15 ish he is asked can you explain exactly what your identity is. By 6.10 It seems LJ wants to get Brownhill, Bryan, Reid and Webster back.
  13. Can willem ii, or anyone else, explain how our two clubs formed this connection? Elko from Tilburg is the start. Few years before 2007. He made friends in Bristol went to the Lions watched City then a small group went over there. Several years later a larger group came from Tilburg to watch City away 2007/08. Elko was still watching both teams staying with people here and City fans were going over there and coming back saying what a cool club Willem II are. 2007/08 around 28 City went over to Tilburg to watch Willem II Breda, Willem II fans put a party on and we met some of their players post game who were brought come and meet us. And from there twenty eight became fifty became seventy became over a hundred going both ways to where it is now. The hospitality you get in Bristol from Willem II is on another level from fans over there including the club and some of us have met the directors, gone out drinking with the players and team captain, even the door staff in the City centre make sure Bristol are looked after.
  14. Robbored as chair of the SC trolled EE topics. Beware.
  15. No academy, local or developed players starting last night. There was a lot of noise that this was not going to be the case with LJ and It was going to be different, with no more big bloated squads everything was planned!! Commentators last night said Bristol City players were hiding, Bang on LJ has developed a team that hides. What's the point of the academy if this is how its used by LJ??
