I remember the pub well , there are a fair few places in the City that have just been left abandoned, the site of the old Railway depot for instance as well as the eye sore that once was a petrol station opposite Temple Meads and the old hotel and bar there as well .

Rib of beef from Easter Compton farm shop , all the fresh veg plus Yorkshires and crispy King Edward’s, pigs in blankets the whole kaboodle…..then a selection of puddings plus cheeses , port etc ….ill need a crane to lift me later ! …..

Not many people seem to like these little beauties but I think they’re wonderful! ….cooked with small pieces of bacon or on their own they are wonderful! …..big up to the humble Sprout! …
