Would imagine if true he’d be at the game tomorrow

Holden hardly has a decent track record in management
-
Can you see them appointing Holden?
-
Think him or Williams personally
-
I agree , think he’s the one they want , worked with the younger players knows the club and I assume Tinnion. Wouldn’t have thought much to get him out of club with compensation?

Think the reason for the CEO recently leaving is becoming clearer by each interview

Comment , club will still have the same problems whether I’m here or not time will tell if he’s proven right , but like his comment of Scott playing for England , he’ll be right on two occasions
-
Agree , some will agree with the decision , some won’t but if you believe it’s the right thing the outside noise isn’t relevant
-
Sorry it isn’t his club , it is yours , mine and thousands of others. He is simply a custodian of the club , same as Dolman, Davidson and many others. Yes he pumps millions into the club but I’m sure there are many fans who on an annual basis who pay a higher percentage of their wealth into city than SL does , just his amount is greater in £ doesn’t mean it’s greater in % terms

Was going to post similar and ask the question how attractive are we to a new manager. Maxed out our wage budget despite a squad made up of academy players. Need to sell a £25million player every summer for the ‘nest egg’ all whilst aiming to emulate Luton, Brentford, Swansea , Reading anybody else I’ve missed? When we sacked Johnson we had our choice and were probably relatively appealing - this is a mess and if we get this wrong with the sense of negativity within the fan base and also the dressing room it could be a very costly mistake for our owner / chairman
-
Thank you for posting , do you know if the new manager will have any funds to spend in January (I.e the nest egg)
-
He has but McKenna had less and done ok (to date). Certainly would prefer a Schumacher to a Rowett or Jones (who I think will be the new boss)
-
He would be my choice , but would our finances allow us to pay any compensation?
-
Posted on another thread there simply has to be someone from the club on tomorrow
-
But they are the only only outlet
-
This isn’t his club , he’s the custodian of the club. It’s our club , he may make the decisions but it is not his club. Steve if you’ve lost interest , go. Never felt so down about a manager leaving our club since Jordan first time. Either our owner or chairman needs to be on sound of the city tomorrow - somehow I suspect they won’t

Just on train home with Leeds fan I know - said we were best team they’ve played this Swanson. Impressed with O’Leary

Agree , Leeds are beatable we have to play well but they haven’t started brilliantly. I’m confident we can pick up a result today -

For those driving the M621 has roadworks and 40mph average speed cameras, it’s manic at best of times so not sure what a match day will be like. Old Peacock is home fans only and will generally check tickets on entry
