  1. Some teams are just bad for certain players. Think of the players that have left City to go on and achieve a lot more. Stoke City looks like a bad fit, simple as that. Hopefully things click into place when he plays for us. I've gone from feeling deflated to really excited in just a day. Roll on Saturday.
  2. 'Here is the new Paddypower home kit sponsored by Huddersfield Town'
  3. I blame the tv pundits for VAR. Goal line technology is fine, the rest is a bloody nightmare.
  4. I find it hard to believe that it's been nearly 30 years since Forest were any good.
  5. Life is fleeting. Enjoy it while you can, whoever you are.
  6. It worked with Scott Murray and Louis Carey, but maybe that's just my heart ruling my head?
  7. It's the same in any area of modern capitalism. The money doesn't 'TrickleDown', it's a torrent that flows uphill.
  8. Most of our top flight appearances were over 100 years ago.
  9. We are 3 places higher though, at the moment. I always prefer to judge things on position rather than points. Interesting that the same 3 teams are there or thereabouts again this season. Aston Villa, Middlesboro and Derby. Maybe a hard to break into 'mini league' is developing at the top of the Championship?!
  10. If we go up that would be amazing. If we don't then at least we look like proper contenders in this division, which should hopefully put us on the radar for better players in the summer to strengthen the squad. It seems like a win/win to me.
  11. Please ignore last post. The stats didn't show up! Basically, over the last ten years in the Championship the 3rd place team was promoted 5 times. 4th place 1 time. 5th place 3 times. 6th place 1 time.
