I'm beyond reading posts that suggest that SL brings in some top, experienced football executive to run the club. We all know that's the root cause of our under performance on the pitch. We also know he won't do it. Feels pretty depressing at times. Then I remember all those years stuck in L1, wishing we could just be a solid Championship club. Helps me get it in perspective.

I prefer a manager who focuses on setting us up to play to our strengths. Chopping and changing to match the opposition is the wrong mindset imho. So fine by me if this shape is gonna suit us. Whether Liam will actually start doing this remains to be seen.
