  1. Really hard to pick out a MoM as so many of them put in a shift today. Such a relief to not just be picking out Kalas and Bentley as key players at the end of a game.
  2. Yes. Considering he was out of his position and on his weak foot I thought he did really well. Linked up with the midfield well.
  3. Loved Vyner just chuckling in his face.
  4. Thought Palmer was really good tonight, especially in the 1st half. I actually think he's been his most consistent for us since returning from loan. Faded a bit in the 2nd half but with the right players around him he is worth sticking with.
  5. KP, Bakinson and Nagy have to start this Saturday. Their positions to lose now.
  6. He looked confident with the ball in their half as well. Very happy for him to take that spot until Dasilva is back.
  7. I'm hoping he can get a couple more before he goes in the summer. Bizarre how few of that list have played for us since 2000.
  8. A couple of questions for you, these aren't meant to be patronising either. Do you watch most City games? If so, do you enjoy it? Are you genuinely happy with how we play? I'm not talking about results here but how we perform.
  9. I almost put this myself. This is the first live City goal I can really recall. Watched this again the other day and the run was even better than I had remembered.
  10. Sorry I've been living in Manchester too long. I meant Man United.
  11. I'm not talking the best goal in terms of emotions (last minute equaliser, Smith against United etc.) but your favourite goal you watched a City player score based on the quality of the goal. I remember Nicky Maynard scoring an unbelievable goal against maybe QPR (?) where he took a couple little touchs before a volley. Bryan's against Utd also special, if only for the sound it made when it hit the net.
  12. A shot on target would have been nice.
  13. Don't let the penalty appeal and 'warnock tactics' talk fool you. That was as bad a city performance as we had under Johnson. Paterson completely anonymous and it's hard to point to a good performance from anyone.
  14. Is there any harm bringing him in for a trial for pre-season? Surely nothing to lose with that.
