  1. Saturday betting thread - who's losing with me?

I don't think people understand how 'limiting' works with bookies. If you are limited with a large acca it is to cut the risk of their losses. It's nothing to do with you, it'll be the same with everyone. Limiting is when your account is banned from all promotions and limited to roughly a £3 max bet on shorter odds and lower on longer. For example this is the message 365 send when limiting: https://gyazo.com/dbb0b102ce52fb35aad9d8f7061fc1d5 If I want to place a bet with more than £3 stake I have to phone their trading team... That's how limiting/restricting works. I'd chop a limb of to get £10 accas every weekend on! Back to the exchanges for me...
  2. Odd substitution. In LJ we trust
  3. Tammmmmyyy 1-1 Swansea

    Welcome back TFJ
  5. Saturday betting thread - who's losing with me?

@Coxy27 No wonder bookies always win .
  6. Another extremely tough away game today - have predicted losses on last 2 league games, today predicted a draw. Blame me if we lose. COYR.
  7. Weekend football

Lots of derby's up there... http://www.sheffieldtelegraph.co.uk/news/stocksbridge-make-it-seven-points-from-last-nine-with-fine-away-win-sheffield-fc-denied-first-win-by-last-ditch-equaliser-1-8734989
  8. Weekend football

How many Sheffield derby's are there?
  9. Our relationship with the media

Yes - I'm sure they enjoy it. We must have some of the best in the county now. I always remember being amazed after being given a tour of the Stadium of Light in Sunderland. The studio Sky used was actually the cleaners cupboard that they cleared out on games Sky wanted to cover!
  10. Our relationship with the media

Tarnished in recent times - only locally, with the SOD debacle. But just had a chat with a journalist who works at a later paper who I bumped into on a day set up by the FA to promote football within poor areas, which I have to say was superbly ran. The FA are guilty of holding us back in many areas imo but at least they are dedicated to wanting to give people everywhere some level of coaching. Anyway, on topic. He was very complementary of us as a club and hospitality on a match day, which I am sure @AdamB can be thanked for. It would seem that we are we are becoming more popular with the media, obviously largely thanks to the recent form we are showing but I know LJ is very well liked throughout. Especially those at TalkSport, Hawksbee and Jacobs both very fond of him. This can only be a good thing. Any exposure is good at this point with out new stadium, good form etc. Everything is looking up
  11. City using football analytics-a flavour from my own interests

I often wonder how they don't batter teams by 4/5. Their defence isn't the best but they'll click eventually. Ipswich on the other hand, they are a bottom 6 side IMO.
  12. City using football analytics-a flavour from my own interests

I keep literally backing them for the Play-Offs as the odds drift. They are the best footballing side in the league.
  13. Tammy Abraham set to play for Nigeria

In terms of Tammy, I'm not sure he's got what it takes to play for England. Happy to be proven wrong, but his game is very one dimensional... I.E find space in box and finish - he's still yet to score a professional goal from outside the box, needs to adapt his game a little. Add something to it. As the prem is proving, against top CBs, it's difficult
  14. Tammy Abraham set to play for Nigeria

    Ah... Had already been corrected
  15. Tammy Abraham set to play for Nigeria

Haven't read any posts past this but the ACON is being moved from January to June from 2019
