  1. Yeah, there was absolutely nothing behind them.
  2. Difficult fight to judge but that seems harsh I think.
  3. Very close, I give it to Fury by a round, but won't be surprised if Parker gets it.
  4. I'm surprised how light Fury is on his feet, didn't realise he was like this.
  5. It's gone down for me Using this one now http://firstrowsportes.net/boxing/joseph-parker-vs-hughie-fury-krk55120b?l=1523778091 not great but it works
  6. Working great this one, thanks Stortz.
  7. Looking forward to the rest of the Super Middleweight Super Series, some good British fighters involved. Not sure who my money is on to win it. Would have been even better if DeGale was in there.
  8. Annoying that Yarde and Smith are clashing. Watching Smith.
  9. Brutal knockout that. I think my head might actually come off if he hit me like that. Great result for you lot today, devastated ending for us.
  10. Yeah, he looks in the best shape I've ever seen him in. I just worry slightly about the ring rust. Some great boxers have come out of the Wincobank gym, Brendan Ingle is a real legend up here. It's a bit strange though in the fact that although Sheffield has produced some really good fighters, there hasn't really been one that the whole city has got behind and taken an army of fans everywhere like the Mancs with Hatton or to a lesser extent when you see the Scousers getting behind the Smith brothers or Bellew. Nas is probably the only one up here who everyone knows, the likes of Brook, Rhodes, Woods, Nelson didn't have that huge personality that is needed to make you a household name.
  11. Really looking forward to Saturday, enjoyed watching the Saunders build up today, the final Press Conference was hilarious in parts. Happy to see Saunders back but worried there might be an upset. There's a bizarre interview on Youtube from yesterday with Monroe Jr where he cries all the way through it. He seems a decent guy though to be fair. Gonna set the alarm for the big one, I'm going for GGG in the 10th.
  12. Nah, they wouldn't be able to sell it. Nobody would be interested in watching that again, nowhere near close enough to warrant a rematch.
  13. No chance mate. edit - on the rematch I mean.
  14. Anyone found a decent Sky Box Office stream? Watching Showtime PPV and it's annoying.
  15. Evening all, looking forward to a distraction from the football after another disappointing result for Wednesday today. I've ended being dragged into the build up the last couple of days, not watched any of the promotional stuff but enjoyed lots of interviews on IFL, just sat listening to the Costello and Bunce podcasts from this week before the under card starts. Going for Mayweather in the 6th.
  16. I think its exactly that, spoke to a friend the other day who doesn't like boxing but has bought into the hype and build up for this, he reckons Mayweather isn't taking it seriously and McGregor will win. I think it's exactly as you say, to try and sell tickets to those who know its a complete mismatch. I think one or 2 of the Sky pundits have been asked to talk McGregor up for the same reason.
  17. I've avoided all the build up and haven't watched a second of any of it. To be honest its mainly due to the fact I can't stand either of them. I'll stream the fight out of curiosity but I don't think for a second that McGregor stands any chance whatsoever. I'm amazed anybody thinks otherwise.
  18. Amazing career, fair play to him. I'm not a big fan of rematches anyway. Hopefully Fury will continue on his road to recovery and work his way up to challenging Joshua, could be one hell of a fight if it eventually happens.
