  1. Really? Playing devils advocate but in my eyes England were the worst. The play acting against Scotland in the opening game was laughable. Last night both teams were as bad as each other when it came to going down easily.
  2. I’m thinking home to Middlesbrough... would love Cardiff at home though.
  3. Simple question to the OP then... Would you rather let players run down expensive contracts as we used to and receive nothing or would you rather have the business sense to sell players at their peak value and then reinvest and do the same over again? Talk about panicking when their’s no reason to.
  4. So before Ashton came, please remind me when we actually last made profit on a player?
  5. Absolutely love number 6. Let’s hope that’s enforced.
  6. Definite mid 00’s training wear for Brentford right there.... looks like it’s just missing TFG in the top left.
  7. Far more than we would’ve taken in the circumstance
  8. Day one, would have taken it. Final day - disappointed pride.
  9. Apologies to rain on everyone’s ‘let’s slag off City in every capacity parade’ but this is taken from the actual City website: The club has been informed blocks N6 and N7 are available first and the remaining blocks will be opened once these have been sold. Please note supporters will be unable to get a refund or transfer tickets to other blocks once they become available. I imagine more tickets will be released this morning so just relax...
  10. Simple really, for pure viewer excitement. Seeing matches separately when it actually means something will take away the spectacle of it. The highlights on Quest have been a breath of fresh air this year. To hear Dean Ashton calling out players going down easily as diving was exactly what’s needed.
  11. Whatever happened to advantage to the attacker?
