  1. Michael Bridges. First name I got on the back of my shirt as a kid..... never did it again.
  2. Really sad news to hear. John organised so many fantastic away trips I remember fondly from my early days of following City with the Junior Reds. Thoughts go out to all your family and friends.
  3. This Exeter 2nd half performance is so similar to ours from Sunday. 0 capability at defending set pieces, 0 creativity, 0 fight. It’s all just a bit rudderless.
  4. Today’s the day I’ve turned. End of the season, thanks LJ but let’s go separate ways.
  5. Completely agree. We needed fight and aggression and Watkins would’ve offered us that. I can’t stand his ridiculous diving but he does offer us something that no one else in the team does.
  6. Oh don’t bother coming back to Ashton Gate. You won’t be missed.
  7. I think a lot of us will admit that the worst bit of going to football is the actual 90 minutes. Over this period I just missed the social element that goes with it and what with living in Cardiff I still won’t be able to replicate that once it’s back this weekend. I was feeling positive for it coming back in a better shape then when it left with serious changes made to protect the smaller teams. I fear now that it’ll be back in its usual disguise and the spineless FA/EFL won’t bring in any new measures and will just hope that salary caps and scrapping parachute payments will just blow ov
  8. Unfortunately the prices are just simply down to football fashion being considered ‘in and trendy’ at the moment. You just have to look at a number of teams whose kits are suddenly desirable for a pure fashion statement. There’s an urge to move away from generic templates (which is a good thing) but in doing that and creating unique designs it puts prices up. Hummel created two shirts this seasons which were instantly regarded as instant classics, Coventry’s two tone ska third shirt and Cambridge’s away shirt and I thoroughly believe whatever they output for us will be recognised in
  9. That isn’t just this club, that’s modern football.
  10. But think how many people would still be complaining if that was the case as no one knows when the next away game will be. Basically with some of our fan base the club will never win.
  11. This is far too reasoned a statement to appear on this thread!
  12. Sorry, let me get this right... you think there should be a full refund for this season (19/20) even though there’s only a handful of games left? I understand people wanting a partial refund but a full refund is bonkers. We’ve had the majority of games! It’s not the clubs fault all this has happened.
  13. But that was before the days of social media when sources were a little bit more reputable.
