I was speaking to a couple of Argyle mates earlier who went to Stoke and they were so pissed off at the team`s attitude yesterday. They basically laid down and let Stoke do what they wanted, no fight at all.

Plymouth`s last two aren`t easy - Millwall away who have hit a bit of form and it`s never easy at The Den and Hull at home which largely depends which Hull turn up. Their season will be over by then and it`ll be a guaranteed sellout at Home Park if Argyle do need something. That said, I think two points will do it for them.

They do it every year. I recall several hundred Star Wars stormtroopers on trains to Plymouth a few years back, There was a picture of one railway platform somewhere that was packed with them.

I remember chatting to a couple of Derby fans walking back to the car the season after their awful one up there. I asked them if they enjoyed and they said they did at first but once they realised how much worse they were than the rest it just became a question of how many they were going to get beat by every game. They said they were glad to be back in the Championship and able to compete again.

Decent day up to now despite the normal Somerset mid-innings wobble. It would have been nice if COve had got his ton. Weather looking set so we should win this from here.

They aren`t because Posh won at the white hot cauldron of noise in North Bristol. Fair play to them to not be intimidated and get the job done.
