It is not the losing of games. Rather it is 1. The failure to achieve this season what he was appointed to achieve 2. The hurtling down the league 3. Manning’s inane interviews and blaming the players 4. The way we’ve dropped points with the players half the men they were under Nige 5. The mismanagement during matches 6. The dire no entertainment football Etc etc He simply as many agree well beyond his comfort zone. There is, imo, no chance of him improving at this level, let alone the level we aspire to

I am afraid the truth is simple, as many have said. Manning clearly isn’t good enough. He must go and go asap. SL must just accept they made a mistake. No shame in that. Remember, SL, it is always the cover up that gets you in the end.

Does he know nothing about management? Working 7to 7 is nothing to boast about. Evidence suggests a better life balance leads to better management. There is nothing meritorious in working long hours per se. Just get a grip, get organised, learn to delegate, and for goodness sake tackle the job with genuine enthusiasm, and enthuse players and fans alike. Oh, and stop putting the blame on others. The buck stops with you.

Frankly I will be pleased with one point from that list as I believe under Manning we are more likely to get zero points
