Scott visited my brother (Martin Amos) a couple times whilst unwell with cancer. He is an incredibly selfless individual and all round decent human being.
Sheff Utd get lots of stick and rightly so, they are shit! I do find though, especially in the media that Burnley who are on the same points, spent 100m seem to be immune to criticism, probably something to do with the manager but still!
Look forward to hearing the post match robotic interview, where he slowly starts to sound like Max from Flight of the Navigator, im sure when BT asks him to do something he answers "Compliance"
I need another Beer!
I have felt that way since LJ era when I stopped my season ticket, feel very different from the club I first went to in 1991. I used to feel real emotion at last minute wins, defeats etc. I barely flinch anymore when the vidi printer shows the opposition have scored or sometimes when we score. It’s an awful feeling and hope it comes back, but let’s face it that won’t happen until they sell up. I feel more of a follower than supporter these days.
In the meantime I will continue to attend the local non league teams in my area.
