  1. As long as part of his boot is in contact with touch line he’s good to go !!
  2. Think a point was fair enough . Blackburn a tidy side who play it the right way
  3. Pulis . Osman . Johnson’s last season. Truly awful times .
  4. I like Pearson and thought it was a great appointment of a manager who was experienced and had been to the promise land of the Prem. The product on the pitch is even worse than the last year old LJ and the time we had under Holden. At times this season I saw things that led me to believe that we where starting to improve . That has now vanished and our players have relapsed back to the relegation form we showed last season . I don’t believe this is the worst group of players we’ve ever had , they can play a bit abut the table doesn’t lie. It’s a massive task and if I’m being honest I’m leaning toward the boss is too old school and the players don’t like it . I’m not sure how long i can keep watching these wretched performances.
  5. Can’t knock his goals . He tries really hard and runs around lot

    Passing

Possession in our own half among the defenders and keeper until we hoof it up field towards the cart horse.

More important is what the gaffa thinks of the lad and not our opinions!!! Never heard of him before so was very surprised to see him come on . A winning start to his first team debut. He wasn’t afraid to keep hold of the ball and yes he came unstuck with that !
  8. I had no problem with the ref yesterday, here let the game flo and was consistent for both sides. Some decisions could’ve gone our way but didn’t but that’s football. It mattered so much yesterday and tensions were running high .
  9. Good stuff. It’s a lot worse than I thought the problems we have . Top to bottom needs sorting out . Hope he brings in a couple in January. Football fans in general not too patient not just ours!!
  10. We always have an element and I was sat directly in front of the confrontation. Throughout the match a few of ours where having discussions with the stewards about how they handled our supporters, I can agree with some of it but not all of it . When it was obvious we wouldn’t get much joy the stewards became their main occupation rather than the football. Easy to make all away game unreserved seating but that also might split up groups who want to sit together. As for the sitting on your seat it’s hard to police or is it even worth trying ?
  11. Footballs all about opinion and those that want Nigel out are entitled to their views, it doesn’t make then clueless as they don’t conform to others ideas. I like Pearson and he’s pretty blunt at times but overall he’s doing a decent job with what he’s got. Like any manager he will make mistakes and do I agree with everything he does , no.

A threat when going forward but still no end product , if he was any good he wouldn’t be playing for us !!
  13. All a learning curve I suppose . Best side I’ve seen at Ashton Gate this season , very good on the eye
  14. Both fullbacks exposed by clever running and nice passing and movement .
  15. It happens just like players and managers. I like Lee and have never had any problems with him at any games .

What an interesting article and a good discussion on here. I find it odd that a firm connected to Bristol City had talks with Mr Reece and it’s been openly talked about in the media. Passions run high when some people think of the fallen and their ultimate sacrifice to this country. I genuinely have never thought that All lives Matter slogan is racist , Black Lives Matter singles out one group, many other groups have suffered in this Country so something more inclusive all would be better …tin hat on!
  17. All about opinion I suppose. For me the most naturally gifted footballer I’ve seen don our red . I couldn’t take my eyes off the man. My old man loved him and after Osman sent him packing my old man never set foot in Ashton Gate again. His stats ain’t great and he was here not for long but it was enough for me . Andrew Cole would be a judge of a good player . Names my eldest son after him.
  18. I can see why not all are in the Big Nige camp . When he was appointed I thought fair play to him as the task in hand was massive . Not overly impressed with his little cameo last season as I thought he’d need a pre season under his belt to turn the tide . It’s happening slowly.
  19. Has plenty of talent and a good engine. So inconsistent which frustrates me somewhat.
  20. I’m not a fan of his for me it’s Wells everyday of the week . I think Martin will start .
