When they refuse to take bets on a match before the KO it's usually the result of "unusual betting patterns".

Not for ten minutes they don't, and not before the match has started. Betting was suspended for a quarter of an hour before the KO and for another ten minutes just before HT.

It was 5/1 Crewe. Then betting was suspended for ten minutes and odds became 11/4 when the match came back. All this before the sending-off. Something is going on here
