  1. You don't like him, that's fair enough.....you're an idiot, you've given me proof of that.
  2. You may be right, that's not how I heard it
  3. Not this season but in the time he's been BC manager he's had offers from Leeds and villa. (I don't know that's fact but it was a reliable source)
  4. So, what important goals has DB given away recently ? Hes the goalkeeper, its where his part of the game is played, apart from Kiko at Leeds nobody has more clean sheets in the championship this season. BCs problems aren't at the back, the problem is in our style of play.
  5. What are you on about ? we've just won 4 games on the trot without conceding for the first time in 30 years. I'm just glad that you don't make a bigger decision than what pants you wear
  6. This is spot on. I've got my season card so I'll be there every other week this season, but, if I'm not offered better than we've put up with for the last 18 months that's it for me, it'll just be away games. It's not a knee jerk reaction to tonight's game, is been dross for a long time, I don't care if we go up, I don't mind losing games.....I want to be entertained, I keep leaving Ashton gate stadium feeling so ripped off.
  7. I'm also ok with a decent nil nil. My problem is the lack of games where we are decent ! As you say, different levels of expectation. I don't think my expectation of seeing our team attack with pace and skill, win ,lose or draw is unrealistic.
  8. Dave, I've been in and out of here fir a couple of years and I usually see where you're coming from....but, I can't believe anybody is happy with how we've played at home for the past 16 months, it's been awful, although results haven't always been so bad actual performances have been in this time nothing more than shocking, 45 minutes aside (1st half v Reading) this season I have not walked out of Ashton Gate thinking how great that was, our team has had no identity for a season and a half other than to turn back, slow the play down and keep the ball.... I've not missed a home game for over
  9. At home I agree with you, we're slow and predictable. Apart from the first half v reading and second half last season v Blackburn we've been terrible for a season and a half. Team and fans. we need the high press quick football from two seasons ago to bring the excitement and entertainment back
  10. The guy in front of me at hull actually screamed at Fammy for their equaliser ! i just looked away
  11. Hahahaha....the boy/girl that has said nothing has popped in, a break between lessons perhaps. Im a city fan of over 40 years, I don't miss many games away, none home, I like Leeds. UEFA C licence, stopped midway through attaining my B due to lack of time. Show us yours...... quick though.... the bells about to go
  12. So which games didn't they play a 4 ?.... back up your point that they did, I said I wouldn't comment on games I didn't see, you show us all the game that he did play in a 5 !......thought not, another keyboard warrior. Ive been schooled by someone who has a different opinion ? Is that the criteria for schooling ? I blamed MP for slow play and bad passing which was the (for me) cause of lack of movement.... someone blamed lack of movement for his slow play and bad passing....that's fine, no problem, just things seen differently. stop being a psycophant, remove your tongue from
  13. You've clearly not read my last few posts on this thread. I came back to be fair to MP after Sunday and then answered other posts out of courtesy, a bit like this one ! Perhaps if you didn't feed the monster it would die. I've met MP a few times too, smashing bloke.
  14. Agreed, which is why when asked who I thought could play there I suggested COD as he has had some time there, I don't know that he could do a job for 90 minutes there but I'd guess that it's been looked at he has been given time more centrally by both of his current managers. I'd like to see Walsh given at least a chance but that's running on another thread !
  15. Personnel have changed, the teams system (or lack of) has changed. Probably a bit unfair to compare old stats to current ones for that reason. I know what I see each week irrelevant of a few stats.
