    Most likely outcome.

I would say with the movements over the last few days it all points to Lee sooner rather than later moving upstairs to director of football or a similar role within the club. I think we will see a new head coach come in and take over the team selections, formations and tactics etc. Wouldn't surprise me neither if was someone that Lee knows quite well like for example Paul Hartley who both he and Jamie McAlister have played with. Another possibility could be Paul tisdale who Jamie McAlister would know very well.

    Double Relegation

I think Steve landsdown will take some action at the gate tomorrow, the thought of both teams going down will definetly hurt him as he as heart in the two clubs as well as obviously his money. It could be today's rugby result might have changed his thinking and mindset with the football now. As a result we might see one or two changes that he would have been trying to avoid. Like all of us he is a proud bristol supporter and won't let everything just fall apart around him.

    Foreign manager please

As per a previous post weeks ago city must look at countries like Germany for potential new head coaches. As mentioned torsten lieberknecht could be worth looking at, a good friend of klopp and by all accounts a good tactical coach who's teams are always hard to break down and beat. Whoever may in the end replace Lee Johnson must get us better organised and not so easy to play through.

Who is available & would want it?

I think could be worth city looking at as I think could be a good fit and I personally would not replace Lee with any of the English managers that have been mentioned up to now.
  5. Seems abit odd as the facup 5th round replays will be Tues 28th and wed mar 1st. There is a small chance city could need this date for facup action. Would be sods law if this happens and more rescheduling and refunds etc needed.

Who is available & would want it?

I do think the next route we will go down will be a manager/head coach from abroad. Would probably make sense to look at Germany as appears is a very good market for decent players at the moment. I would suggest torsten lieberknecht who has a great record in the German second division and is also friends with klopp.

Who is available & would want it?

Someone abit left field that probably needs to start at championship level as his first time managers job Ryan Giggs.

    Make or break Monday

I went to reading this season and despite their league position which you must respect they are not head and shoulders above us in a playing sense. An early goal against them would be a different ball game. My comment is in regards to if we play badly Monday and get well beaten which could well have repercussions.

    Make or break Monday

I do believe we should all get behind him at the moment because we have not become a bad team overnight. I just fear if the players lose belief in him there is no way back. Not being funny though if we lose our next two games will be in a relegation battle very shortly. One thing is for certain the people on here that want rid of him should keep quiet and bite there tongues abit as one or two wins can quickly change the situation.

    Make or break Monday

I still believe we can turn this around with the current set up and a couple of good signings in January. We are very close still to getting points nearly every game we play and hardly any team has actually looked a lot better than us. I can quite easily see a good win on Monday that will turn the corner but I also accept if we were to get totally outplayed by reading and lose by more than one or two it could be the end of Lee. I think Monday our season will go one way or the other with Lee getting us back on to a good run or Lee losing the dressing room and confidence completely. I don't believe at present he has lost the team but unfortunately in football when it reaches that point there must be a change at the top quickly.

    Let's not panic

I honestly don't think we are to far off having a decent side. We do need 3 players in January starting with a left back so Joe can play across the midfield, a non holding midfield player as pack with oneill or korey does not work or neither does oneill with korey. Last but not least a mobile striker who can get in behind a defence like a Scott hogan.I think we should goto a 4 3 1 2 system with Tomlin behind the front two with one holding midfielder only, Joe on the left of the three and a new quality signing on the right of 3 who is mobile and can gets forward quickly. Most importantly we need to get on the front foot of games straight from the start which we have not really done all season. I do believe we can turn this around quite quickly and start winning games as our last four defeats bar Huddersfield we have not come off as the second best team or been really outplayed. We could have quite easily taken points in all four.
