Thats my thinking. They want to get rid of as much of the shite home and 3rd kit with the kids season tickets, first home game and people wanting them for holiday then release a great kit everyone wants.

If you don't care or buy about the kit then commercially yes. The club know it has a percentage of older fans who buy their season ticket every year and that's it. Nothing else they do is aimed at you and they wouldn't waste their time or research trying.

The club don't give a **** about fans like you commercially, they have your money every season for a season ticket and a few drinks and are fine with it. A large percentage of the fan base do give a shit about the kit be it people who buy it or people who are into that side of football mainly because teams like us have tried to make it fashionable and cool.
