Guys ? There are players earning more than 1 mil. pounds per year at City ?  If that so, Romanian football is cursed, Championship is the second league and we can't even match half of that for more than a few players and only at top teams,  and we are City not Southampton/Leicester because other teams which pay even more for sure... WAAAT is going wrong with football,  every player will loose his passion after a few years earning that much money. Most of them will see only the financial benefit and that will make this sport even more tactical than is already.

If you think it’s bad now you should have seen what it was like before COVID. Times are changing for the best

Can I order a rat burger - tail on, mouldy cheese, cheapest mayo possible all in in a stale bun, rock hard skinny chips - no salt and vinegar as I like healthy food, and an out of date Fanta on the side please?

    Call it £20

I was surprised to see he had by a considerable margin, the worse pass accuracy of our outfield players against Stoke. 45% accurate.

It’s always the debate though. I would rather it was a lower percentage because he’s trying to play a pass/through ball that nobody else can see or is capable off rather than having a 90+ percentage just passing a ball 10 yards left or right

Play should continue, imo, as the kicker decided to take the free kick in that way.

But should it if the player hasn’t moved back the correct yards. If that’s the case surely if there was a free kick right on the edge of box you would have 5 or 6 players stood within a yard of the ball?

Thanks for this, absolutely winds me up when refs don't apply the laws readily available to them for the benefit of the game.

Players will also run a number of yards to purposefully stand Infront of the ball at a free kick to stop it being taken quickly which is literally a booking:

"However, an opponent who deliberately prevents a free kick being taken quickly must be cautioned for delaying the restart of play."

Whilst I'm not a fan of all the law changes, I'd love to see it as an offence for any of the defending team to touch the ball when the whistle has blown for a foul or if the ball goes out of play (throw in/corner/goal kick) stop all the picking it up and walking away with it etc... This is of course is a rant about the ref's inability to punish anyone so would pretty much be a useless change however ?

I agree. Why do we not see the free kick taker absolutely welly the ball against the player stopping the quickly taken free kick. Is there consequences against this for the team awarded the free kick?

Or, building on good work behind the scenes already done, increasing revenue generation, improving club shop sales, scope for improvement.

Perhaps we should listen before being so cynically dismissive of someone we don't know anything about?

Improving club shop sales should be easy. Just bloody keep items in stock

Totally agree AW needs to play behind the top two, utterly wasted at RWB and we have better options to play that role than AW anyway.

For Millwall, like to see Williams dropped, Scott play central alongside James, AW in the hole. Tanner or Sykes RWB.

Totally agree with this. I would go Tanner simply because of more energy up and down the flank. Also please start Atkinson instead of King
