  1. There’s more. <blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Lee Tomlin ended the Assist of the Season competition today with this ridiculous backheel through ball volley <a href="https://t.co/qVzgrQYNDi">pic.twitter.com/qVzgrQYNDi</a></p>&mdash; Soccer AM (@SoccerAM) <a href="https://twitter.com/SoccerAM/status/1205924890756468736?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">December 14, 2019</a></blockquote> <script async src="https://platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
  2. It's a fekin eyesore, particularly when you're sat opposite staring at it all game. Looks great when full (usually Wales games). Best supported Championship team South of West Bromwich so far this season mind - not too bad for a lower-half club!
  3. I'd like to go left-field see if we could wrest Osian Roberts from Morocco to sunny South Wales. Think he's somebody who could bring in players and make them better, as well as get the most from young players coming though the academy. So really start to build something sustainable and introduce fresh ideas and a new philosophy. Would probably need a manager alongside him (possibly up-and-coming sort). Sadly he's probably nowhere near our radar and would also probably be mad to consider us having started a new life overseas with a long term contract.
  4. Top marks for effort but he’s made a hash of that.
  5. CCMB used to be excellent. Has lost posters to the other forums over the years, partly I think due to design and problems with advertising intrusion etc. Most are decent posters on there though. Jurssett has mellowed this season but used to be a laugh with his useless predictions and Twitter rants against Johnson.
  6. Cardiff have 3 fairly active forums. Used to be 1 main forum back in the day and it was very busy.
  7. Scott Murray got hit on the bonce by a carrot in the following game at NP. Have to hand it to him though. One of the best wind-up celebrations I’ve seen.
  8. Their sending-off was in the 93rd minute! We’d been playing with 10-men for 40 minutes by that point. I’d agree the penalties were debatable but so was the goal we had disallowed. We had some luck but also felt like the sort of gritty performance that helped us get promoted a couple of seasons ago. But, they’ve been few and far between so far this season.
  9. Compared to you it seems not.
  10. Sounds like it’s all worked out perfectly for you guys again tbh.
  11. Worth a read: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-7218105/Cardiff-Citys-Lee-Tomlin-opens-mental-health-torment.html
  12. Agreed. Moving to the Cardiff area would at least show commitment and perhaps suggest a change in outlook to back-up these fine words. It would be great to see him firing on all cylinders but I'm highly dubious that he's got it in him now to knuckle-down and recover anything like his form of several seasons ago.
  13. He’s taking it up a notch https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/lee-tomlin-exclusive-interview-ive-16482667
  14. The annual pre-season ‘he’s looking in great shape’ article has been published: https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/football/completely-forgotten-cardiff-city-maverick-16460808 He’ll likely be competing with Reid and Paterson for the No.10 position so will be way down the pecking-order I would think.
