Careful….
That might just be the ‘Plum Bar’ which has been at Ashton Gate (by the stage in the fan zone) for a few seasons but now (due to having to change their business model to suit the club…) they are rarely there. Shame because not only were they nice people who worked hard to get people served quickly as possible the beers they sold were also very good.
Fair point Red DNA, however it's not quite the same. At our place that would've been one of a number of outlets. At their gaff that looks very much like the sole establishment at the new stand they got soooooooo excited about.
Tinpottery at its finest...

Anyone know how many could be arsed to stop going through the bins round the back of Lidl and rock up to the swamp?
I daresay a "sizeable contingent" LR...

I'm watching this on stream. The second goal has the most comical defending I've seen in a while. Guaranteed fbomb from Taylor in his post match radio bristol I reckon.
Oh, and their goalie looks a bit shite as well
I'm sure Monotone Matt will rouse the troops...

Have they really still not managed even one shot/chance? Not even from the 2 corners they've apparently had?
It's like they couldn't give a shit.
Absolutely marvellous...

Roberts and Pring down the left. Imagine the former is LCB (judging by the lineup order). Could be interesting. Time for Twine to shine, hopefully!
Didn't we try that before and Roberts got the hook after about 30mins?
IIRC Roberts looked totally lost then...

LM has to go, and I like the Idea of AK stepping up. However, it's a massive change to go from "one of the boys" to "the boss" - all of a sudden you can't be everyone's mate.
I'm sure he'd have the support of the dressing room though, and would certainly galvanise the fans. We've got into such a mess in such a short space of time it has to be an option...

Watching a dodgy stream I've just quickly counted around 60 Sags in the away end (seriously). Looks like around 30 in the stand on the side too.
Massive club. It's what they do...

In fairness I think whatever BT said he was always gonna get a roasting on here. I was more taken with his demeanor rather than the actual content of his answers though. How sad that it's become a "them and us battle" between the hierarchy and us minions...

How long has Brian been at our football club?

Sooooo defensive isn't he!
"Don't THEY think we want success?"
Really!?!
I've been going down AG 48 years Brian. That trumps your 30 years...

If he answered them honestly under truth serum they’d be worth asking. not in this context though.
Is there such a thing as "truth serum"?
If so I hope my wife never discovers it!

What ,that’s not Izal.
My Nan always bought Izal when we were kids, I used to dread needing a turn out whenever we visited. Could never understand how anyone would ever buy it - it never wiped anything away, just smeared it around a lot.
Unless that was due to my poor technique...

With facilities like this is it any wonder they have a problem with "da shit"?

We are hopeless with free kicks on the edge of the area! If the opportunity arises again why not just let Dickie belt it low and hard? It worked for Norman Hunter, and surely couldn't be any worse than Nahki's effort?

As I was bored I had a look at the Rovers forum and found this recent classic:
“Although he was only manager for just over a year Denis Rofe had us playing the best Football and probably the best Rovers team I've seen. If he was appointed before the season instead of Martin Dobson we could very well of got promoted into the new Premier League.”
Someone actually believes that Denis Rofe, as manager, would have got them into the Premier League!
From memory Denis Rofe came across as a decent chap to be fair. I do remember the Martin Dobson era very fondly though.
IIRC they were absolutely crap under him!

I'm pissed right off with us losing today and how we played.
But it don't half cheer me up to know those ***** have lost too.
Is that normal?

Seems to me that QPR sit so far back the ball into Knight means he always has space behind him to turn and do something.
He just ain't doing much with it though...

He’s right though. I grew up in gas territory ( it was then) went to school with them during 82. Drank in pubs with them in 1990 & all the years we couldn’t beat them. The shit I got from them was relentless . The last 20+ years have been ******* brilliant . Good mates some of them that would always have my back . Still hate their club with a passion & constantly rip the piss out of them
Can't argue with that Stevie, we all have our own thoughts and experiences as to their following, conduct, stadium etc. I do know a couple of the Blue Few (and they're decent guys apart from when they get triggered about football). In all honesty it was a bit of a frivolous comment on my part, to which people are perfectly entitled to get sand in their fanny about should they choose.

Really?! That’s sad - they only support a different football club to you - that’s it ... how pathetic to say you’d be embarrassed to admit you know them ..
Many thanks for your second observation on the same comment. Hope you have a lovely day.

QPR's loss has definitely been our gain this season.
Love a bit of Dickie...

Don't think I've ever heard Prutton say a good word about us.

So are the heavy shirts affecting their ability to play?
**** me I've heard it all now!
The weight of expectation playing for the likes of Real Madrid, Man Utd, Bristol Rovers eh...
So full of their own self importance...
