If anyone is looking for a game to watch today, Wells City are home to Wincanton in the Toolstation league division 1, 5th v 2nd, with Wincanton striker scoring 4 last week, will be a tough game.

Anyone have any idea if they’re looking to restructure the leagues at the end of this season or have talks failed again? 

I’ve been trying to find out, but the tool station league have gone quiet.  Clubs voted yes to the idea in November meeting I was told.  I was at cribbs for the 4-0 win by wells on Saturday.  Cribbs seem to be stuttering at the moment after a good season.

Our owners and tinnion are guilty of egotistic self sabotage, nothing more nothing less.  Personally I’ve just volunteering to ref a youth football game next Sunday rather than suffer that shite again.

Not turning up to the next game means the team don’t get supported, they don’t deserve this.  Instead how about all fans stand and turn their backs on the game at a specific time whilst singing abuse to the owners?  Players still supported but a message to the lansdowns.

My first game out refereeing tomorrow this season, I’ve had no guidance from the FA about applying the law clarifications, e.g. booking for kicking the ball away at any time in a game.  So if you’re at a game, please don’t give the refs a hard time as  we can only do what we think is right.  I’ll be applying common sense!
