  1. He is so bad it's hilarious.......paid almost £70mil for him, mental business!
  2. Not a chance, he fed kids so Southgate the politician will take him. Be hilarious once he takes over United in the summer after getting us knocked out in the quarters at the Euros. Those Ineos lot are going to be a bunch of blaggers, will be funny to watch United fans cry even more with their shitty Norwich scarves in 6 months.
  3. Not saying it stands in this case, but did always think that VAR was a potential way for corruption to creep in to the game if a wrong un gets involved. Astonished that Forest didn’t get at the very least 1 penalty.
  4. The place was always a cesspit but even worse since Elon Musk bought it, he literally encourages that sort of stuff on there.
  5. Probably get shit for saying this…..but if he is mentally ill, i hope he doesn’t get the help he needs. The world certainly wouldn’t miss scum like him. Some of the stuff he is saying on twitter today is vile.
  6. Or we could be where Brighton are? Simply put, we have no idea where we would be, but the Lansdown’s have certainly outstayed their welcome & fresh ideas/investment is needed.
  7. I actually think we have looked decent, just 2 awful mistakes at the back. I’m no fan of Southgate by any stretch (& i do feel he is the main reason this team won’t reach their potential, it’s still painful to look at the stats from the Italy final) but he can’t be blamed for anything tonight so far!
  8. I think our fully fit starting 11 is absolutely good enough, don’t think they are overhyped at all…….however underneath that 11 i would agree there are very overhyped players, Joe Gomez being a big one. Not a chance he is in that squad again if he wasn’t at Liverpool. I’m not fancying Watkins at the top level either.
  9. Earlier in the season i was watching Ipswich against i can’t remember who now on sky, might of been Norwich, but the commentator made a point of talking about how Ashton had been tracking Mckenna as far back as his time at City and wanted to appoint him but the club chose a different path……that could only of been Holden (& from what i remember, Ashton didn’t look particularly happy at that odd covid outdoor press conference to confirm Holden!) Could of course just been a bit of gametime filler from the commentator, but interesting if true.
  10. Not fully sure how he is doing health-wise, pretty sure he was meant to be the guest for the Southampton game but he had to pull out and Euell stepped in instead? Expect it may be Euell again.
  11. Absolutely, biggest “nothing” club going in my opinion…..their fans are a bunch of dullards as well, they seem to think they are massive with a great fanbase just because they are from Liverpool.
  12. Both……but if i had to pick one then it’s Tinnion. The bloke is a cancer to our football club & will remain one until he is removed. Even if we were to sack Manning, Tinnion would only appoint another bloke with no pedigree. A very insecure man is what he is, the whole Liverpool bollocks the other month was proof to that.
  13. Nah can’t be Tinnion, not a chance that goon can spell “apparently” correctly.
  14. The bloke is a complete & utter goon, couldn't care less about him being a decent league 1 player. Also, on the basis of him being a "legend" (mostly because of that goal) & how many appearances he made........surely Korey Smith had much more of an impact on the club in a much shorter spell? Scored a match winning goal against Man United that got us to a semi-final & was part of a double-winning City side, when are we welcoming him back with a big banner across section 82?
  15. Wouldn't surprise me with the absolute shambles that is Bristol City that in 12 months time we will be right in the shit in relegation places, Manning gets the boot and Tinnion makes himself "interim" manager for the final 6 games of the season. He can then claim he has managed a Championship side.
  16. Wouldn’t surprise me, scousers are a tetchy bunch at the best of times
  17. You are clueless. You say he "inherited" Scott & Semenyo? He was the one who brought them through........you carry on playing Fifa & leave the forum to the adults.
  18. Didn't say he invented as such, just don't believe they could be proper "fans" of Ipswich if they have a low opinion of Ashton after all the shite they have endured both on the pitch & off of it (managers/board ect) over the past 23 years or so since their last relegation from the Prem, maybe more Dave's opinion of Ashton came through more from his side than theirs - "That Ashton is a right ****, proper t w a t aint he" - "Haha, yeh ok mate" for example. He's their Golden Goose......sure it could go tits up, but it looks like Ashton has found the perfect home, particularly as he had such a big role in the takeover to begin with, so i can imagine he is fully invested. I think he will carry on succeeding at Ipswich, despite how much it might piss off City fans.
  19. Be very surprised if many/any Ipswich fans would think Mark Ashton is a "t w a t" - they are on the brink of promotion to the Prem after coming straight up from league 1 with Ashton at the helm. Very odd take for an Ipswich "fan" to have. It's understandable from us to think that way, but he's done nothing wrong at Ipswich for them to have that view.
  20. Not sure how people can look at what’s happening to Sheff Utd & decide that they never want promotion in case we also have a shocker……but what about if we did a Luton? Sure, may go down but certainly giving it a good go, i would take that. Or god forbid maybe we would even do a Brentford or Bournemouth and consolidate for a few years? This of course would never happen under the current setup, but to just write off ever wanting to get promotion is such an odd mindset that i have never been able to understand.
  21. Thats why i said i think we will somehow get lucky with a couple of results, we won’t stay up due to Manning, but due to the points we already have on the board & for how shite Rotherham are meaning there is only 2 places left. Can see us finishing as low as around 19th however.
  22. I think we will be safe this season only because 6 points should be enough, ss there are really only 2 spots left for grabs. We have 3 home games against Blakcburn, Rotherham & Huddersfield - i know in recent evidence it is stupid to think we will win these, but i think we will somehow get lucky & win at least a couple more games this season. However, i am extremely worried about next season with Manning & Tinnion, i think they will lead us to relegation. They need booting out now.
