Likely to get anything cut ?

Has anybody who's appealed ever NOT had their punishment cut? it seems to me that you get an 8-point deduction appeal, and immediately it's reduced to 4.

    Forget the whole flag outrage.

That purple kit is the most beautiful England football kit I think I’ve ever seen.  Part of me wants to buy one. Then I remember the price and the fact that I’m 43. But it very nearly had me.

43 is still young, you don't realise it at this moment in time but looking back at pictures of yourself when you're my age you will realise it.

i wished i had in ljs cup run season. i went to all of the games prior to the man u game then couldnt get tickets to the big ones

That's the chance you take, I used to be a season ticket holder for 35 years until my wife had health problems but I still get a membership as I can usually make some of the games plus as you found out there are suddenly a lot more "supporters" when we get a glamour tie, plus if ever we were to suddenly look like getting promoted having a membership would mean a good chance of being able to secure a season ticket for the following season, it's almost worth buying one for that reason alone. I for one wouldn't want to miss out as I have been waiting 44 years and counting for us to return, it's frightening when I say it like that.

If I don’t renew season ticket and will then look to buy tickets on better games (or when I can make it) - would it make sense to become a member to get priority when on general release, and if so how much is it?

If you are going to go for more than 5 games then membership is worth it as you save £5 a game and it's £25, plus you get 5% off purchases in the bar and outlets.

I can’t actually remember what I paid last season but a 10% increase is pretty much what I’d anticipated and seems reasonable from a business perspective. I imagine other Championship clubs have similar price rises.

What's reasonable about an increase that is more than double the current (if you believe that inflation rate)? it's attitudes like yours which embolden companies to think they can get away with it, well if the number of people that didn't bother turning up for the Swansea game is anything to go by then they are in for a bit of a shock, personally with what has mostly been served up the last two seasons they have got a bl**dy cheek 10% my ar8e.

Fortunately for them they have us at the weekend to bounce back .

we are playing at WBA on Saturday, and Birmingham are at home to Watford.

I like to look at goal difference to roughly estimate where a team is heading in terms of position in the table. City's goal difference is -2, which makes them around mid-table.  To me, this means we'll be ok, barring a complete collapse in defense.

Defence, unless you are from North America of course.

More cohesive? Players have been arguing with each other on the pitch in recent games.

By cohesive I mean in the pattern of play I thought for long periods against Ipswich we played well as a team and looked to have a good gameplan, the same against Southampton that is the most frustrating thing such good bits followed by dross, and as for the arguing I have seen Man City players arguing with each other it happens a lot, maybe it shows the players are as disappointed as us and actually care.
