  1. Robbie savage made a pretty decent living as a engine in n midfield and not a lot else. At least Weimannis good for a goal as well.
  2. Danwal

Can see him doing a similar job to Tinman so I can see why he liked him. Playing central and hitting balls for wing backs to get onto.
  3. Danwal

Not sure if he has been mentioned but a nice cameo from him last night. Superb ball to set Eliasson on his way for the fourth goal, two great set piece deliveries including the cross for Palmer's disallowed goal and generally played the holding role with ease. May not have the engine to play regularly but his class could be very important this season.
  4. I notice on the sky sport report that the FA have around £300m debt to sort out and all junior coaches have been told there job is at risk. So not so much we have enticed them to this great project as that we have secured employment for them.
  5. I recently purchased 2 car front seats and a double passenger seat from a transit. I have also purchased black waterproof seat covers. My plan was to build my son his own Bristol city dugout. However where i was going to put it requires some building work which costs more than I imagined it would. I am going to try and sell the seats on Ebay, however wondered if anyone would be interested in the lot of £100 o.n.o. Will need to be collected. I also have Bristol City badges which can be attached to the seat cover and are for out door use. Could make a good outdoor furniture set or gaming chair.
  6. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vegard_Hansen Bring back Hansen for Manager
  7. I used to like Marvin Harriott but I was young so may not have been that great a RB, also Vegard Hanson. I remember Paul Allen during his brief spell with us at right back going through three crunching tackles one after another.
  8. Not sure if brought up elsewhere but letting him go out on loan to me is just as bad if not worse than not replacing brownhill. Probably been are best centre back this year and definitely the only one comfortable bringing the ball out from the back which we need with two static midfielders in front of them. Can we play him in the next few games?
  9. Possible, who was he going to fight later in the year to sell out a stadium and get good PPV numbers? The Ruiz rematch will now give him and Hearn as big payday
  10. Haven't seen anything on the main site, but does anyone know if they will be doing the player of the year awards after the game Saturday. I know last year they did the event in the fan village so wondered if they would be doing the same this year.
  11. It was also great to keep my son interested until the end of the game. He managed to pick up three cups and £3 to take home
  12. Took my son to watch the bears today as it was a cheap day out. When you buy a drink you get a decent plastic cup with bears logo on. You can keep it like my son did as a souvenir or return for £1. I know there is more drinking at rugby and probably means less plastic cups left in the stand. But why don’t they offer this at the football? Also a couple of players signing flags in the shop pre game, surely a couple of younger players could do the same when city play.
