  12. Mate of mine is a Pool fan, he went down to the swamp today. I specifically asked what their shiny new stand was like, his answer “half empty” Said he was glad it wasn’t raining and that he managed to avoid using their facilities during his stay. Still reckons it’s the worst ground in the FL by miles.

  14. Best pop round and see if it’s still there, you wouldn’t put it past them to go and pinch someone else’s!
  15. Here it is in case anyone missed it; https://onestreaminbristol.libsyn.com/a-cider-with-jonathan-pearce Interesting line about being offered City games on TV previously, but turned them down due to his support.

  17. A memorable day indeed, yet it was Robbie ‘Carnage’ Turner who did for them, Super Bob didn’t trouble the scorers that day.
  18. It might be to let the smoke out from the disposable barbecues in the 'concourse' catering outlets.
  19. I was given a pair of the Alan Ball white boots that were bought at a jumble sale (ask your grandparents kids) They were about 3 sizes too big and lasted me ages. Later on I played school boy level for Gloucestershire county and scored in my first two games wearing, Puma moulded with the big fold over tongues.
  20. They’ve just done what we did to them earlier in the season.
