  1. Maybe not the best, but the way Wilbs proved his worth time and time again, not just the goals but his attitude and approach. The reaction to his signing was classic OTIB.
  2. Distant memory, but Wade Elliott and Aaron Wilbraham always seemed to be everywhere on the pitch.
  3. And there goes another thing they always bring up, even overlooking their Braintree episode. Last month a 16-year-old boy was handed a fixed-period ban after admitting assaulting a Scunthorpe player during a pitch invasion in Rovers’ 7-0 victory which sealed promotion into League One. Bristol Live understands a FA investigation into events on May 7, which saw the game suspended for 15 minutes by referee Charles Breakspear after Elliot Anderson’s goal sparked a pitch invasion, is yet to be concluded, more than a month after the game took place.
  4. They are taking this a bit too literally!
  5. Every time I go to a match I have to do all my coke in one go............. as the safety police won't let me have the lid for the bottle.
  6. Forest v County last league game was 12/2/94!
  7. It’s what they do! (554 according to AS website)
  8. From the BBC website…. Accrington moved out of the bottom four with a comfortable victory over play-off chasing Bristol Rovers.
  9. Finished 3-4, no I’m not laughing….. honestly
  10. Is that what happened to East End Shed Man’s shed after the south stand went up blocking his view? After all…….these things take time!
  11. It is deliberate, to allow the pis* and dribble to run away towards those outstanding toilet facilities.
  12. Not like them to drift away from the truth or facts…
  13. Yes it was…. he said: "Last week I refereed my first play-off match at Ashton Gate, the Second Division semi-final second leg between Bristol City and Hartlepool. Despite my refereeing experiences around the world, I cannot recall a greater contrast between players than at the final whistle. Bristol City, who had scored two late goals to qualify, were ecstatic, while all connected with Hartlepool were in despair. The noise within the stadium when the two home goals went in was incredible and compared favourably with a full Nou Camp for a Champions League quarter-final."
  14. Will never forget this..... Champagne moment: Lee Tomlin's last-minute free kick at Fulham - Bing video
  15. Driving back from Albert Road towards the M32 earlier, there was an illuminated sign warning of congestion and delays near the Memorial Stadium tonight due to a match being on. Curiosity just got the better of me and I looked on the BBC website, they play in the Mama Mia cup or whatever it’s called these days against Palace U21’s. Hardly a crowd puller! Also, in case you were wondering, the new stadium at the fruit market isn’t quite finished yet.
  16. I think this is more accurate!
  17. Sadly I knew exactly what it referred to, even as much that for some reason I know Jack Warner starred in the show!
  18. Sky bet league two…. A sign of things to come!
  19. And I thought Wednesday were league 1.......?
  20. 27 nil to the Sags by now then #gaslogic
