  1. Happy New Year fellow reds. Pacing myself to midnight so a Butcombe Gold every 30mins since lunch and switching to Pilton Tamoshanta from 11pm.

    Aguero

Ask yourself this - if you saw a colleague do this at your place of work what would happen to them?
  3. Downsy and Lisa Knights clearly been coaching Martin in how to say all the right things whilst saying nothing.
  4. Read the second sentence and you’ll agree that this is a different situation. Nagy is a player with history of going on international duty injured with agreement from City to train only, then played in the game, exacerbated the injury further so he was unavailable or not 100% for the rest of the season. His behaviour cost us wages and likely points. How that’s comparable to Joe playing when passed injury free and with the blessing of the club I’m not sure?
  5. You are confusing me with another poster. I don’t ever remember Nagy being in the same situation.
  6. Incredible for Joe. Perhaps part of his recovery from the calf strain is to get some international minutes.

    Nagy

Lightweight physically but also have to question his resilience and choices with the injury not sustained but worsened whilst on international duty.
  8. Yeh these days our biggest derby is Cardiff, which has always been bitter but less so since they moved into the car park of an out of town shopping complex. I’d say Rovers’ biggest rival now is FGR. Used to be Bath so they are clearly improving and maybe we should be worried in a decade or two.
  9. Looks good but very close to the golf course.
  10. I can see him going to Al-Rayyan or another big Middle East club maybe
  11. Exactly. Big numbers mostly achieved for top scorers, player of the season, club captain types. Not someone who can barely get in the match day squad half the time.
  12. Maybe we will be in for him if he succeeds in the SPL.
