    New physio

Worst six months as a city fan for decades. Embarrassing.

New Badge - The Robin is Back...or is it? Post #292 onwards!

JL using BCFC as his personal plaything yet again. A ‘brand’ can’t have two logos. I smell LK in this too. Amateur hour. Perhaps one of the reasons Adam felt compelled to leave?

England players ask for Love Island to be shown in their bedrooms

Great show that has the nation in thrall. Great call from Southgate to allow this as it will really ground the squad and prevent homesickness. This is perhaps the greatest ever season of Love Island. The format has been refined and honed over several seasons yet retains its freshness. The usual parade of hopefuls has additional celebrity spice with Dani Dyer’s presence. My own personal shout for victory is Niall and Hayley - his quixotic naivety will blend seductively and unstoppably with her dead-eyed pragmatism. Though that is not to take away from the inspirational presence and contributions of other villa residents most notably that model, that blonde with too much fake tan, and that brunette with too much makeup. We truly live in a golden age of TV.

Spectacular fall from grace - Diony

As a short term impact loan this made no sense. Blame firmly at LJ and MA’s door for this debacle which basically cost us a place in the playoffs. Still fuming. We’ll lose Joe Bobby and Aden over it too no doubt.

Now the Head Physio has gone!

Absolutely disgusted if this is true.

    Bristol Sport - Job Ad

Sounds like one of LJ’s post match interviews

Tells you everything you need to know about football agents that this fella is brazenly promoted as one of their own. https://platinumonegroup.com/izzy-iriekpen/

Our keeper and back four next season

    Another bold claim

Our keeper and back four next season

Think he’s saying it would be one of the worst defences ever in the history of English football. A bold and pessimistic claim.

Why are pyros/flares banned? .... They're just a bit of harmless fun!

Also happened in the South stand last season and the poor fella protecting his kid got ejected by heavy handed security staff. But apparently missiles and fire are ‘fun’. Anyone caught trying to smuggle these items into a match should be made to put it in their coat pocket and set it off and see how much fun they think it is after that.

Have we seen the best of Joe Bryan in a city shirt?

Agree we overachieved for half a season, worrying thing for me though is although we reverted to the mean overall we underachieved for the second half of the season. We need to say goodbye to Lee NOW otherwise if we go on one of his bad runs early next season we will be playing the Gas again season after. Get in a new manager who can motivate, recruit shrewdly and manage upwards and City can go places. Lee is deficient in all areas except corporate suit-speak and excuses.

Our keeper and back four next season

Must be the same law that inexperience = weakness

All roads lead back to Lee though. Same squad next year but with Mick McCarthy as manager and Peter Beardsley as assistant and we’d have a strong chance of the playoffs
